The house number from the florist ie the where the parcel was from, was wrong - No * instead of No *. It just so happened that the recipient of the parcel was getting another delivery from Yodel at the same time so it was sorted at that point. However Yodel was unable to contact the driver and told me to get in touch the following day - two days in transit for the flowers. I was only able to contact them via web chat and they don't seem to know the difference between sender and recipient (?). They asked for the senders details ie me and then told me that the details didn't match when in point of fact they wanted the recipient details. It took three separate web chats to get things clear. I was confused because the senders details were correct it was the recipient details that were wrong. It took a long tome to sort it out so I was not very happy and very stressed by the end of it.
