Waiting for a parcel to be delivered. ... Twice, I've been told the driver couldn't deliver. Both times I've been at home. The driver is clearly attempting to deliver to the wrong address. I have been unable to reach a person at customer support - repeatedly. The automated system tells me to redial their new number - even when I dial the number it tells me to dial. The parcel tracking adds an extra J to the parcel tracking number. Saying yes to a re-delivery tells me I can't change the delivery date until a delivery attempt has been made... I give up.
The driver is attempting to deliver to the wrong address.
Return the item. I won't be ordering from anyone that uses Yodel for delivery.
I'm not anymore.
