Dear Mr Peeler,* *I herewith append below my previous email to you last October.* *I have to write to you once again regarding the shoddy service I have received from Yodel. * *The above item came from the USA and was delivered to the clearing centre in Farnborough via UPAAC who passed it on to Yodel as the local couriers to deliver. That was on the **th January.* *The tracking information via your website stated (TWICE) that an attempted delivery was made but the address could not be found. No card was left at my address.* *Today I got the tracking number from Citipost (very helpful person called Nicole Barrett) who emailed it to me. During the day I have had three webchats with people at Yodel to try and get then to give my mobile number to the driver so I could direct him to my address. All I got was Yodel don’t issue company phones so there was no way of contacting him. This was a lie as later on I was told the depot WOULD contact the driver and get him to call me. He didn’t.* *I watched the tracking via the Yodel website and the driver was in Ockley which is the next village to where I live. Then it came up that an attempt to deliver was made - it wasn’t.* *So for THREE days I have been spending hours and hours in contact with your company attempting to HELP them deliver not only this item but another one linked to it: Ref: JD****************. The items are the head and shaft of a golf club – one is useless without the other* *Furthermore I clicked the envelope on the webchat page to get a transcript of my last chat with LUNGEKA and indeed got a link via email thus:* *Hi HOWARTH LEE,***Your webchat transcript is included below.****transcript*****************-****-***e-a*c*-b***db**b*db****c*d**-c*a*-****-***c-***c*f********ee*****-*dc*-*c*e-*fdb-****bd*d*c** **Kind Regards,**Yodel Customer Service**** **How am I meant to access the transcript from that?** ** **After my last email below I received a fobbing off email from someone at Yodel which basically did nothing to assuage my annoyance in the way I had been treated.** **Having employed the good offices of Resolver to handle my complaint last time I was told that nothing can be done if the parcel is delivered within ** days. As it has been three full days now I feel that figure might well be surpassed as the drivers seem incapable of finding an address that was detailed in glorious Technicolor on the Yodel tracking map.** **So, Mr Peeler, what do you think would be the best course of action for both you and I to adopt?** **I tried to call your office today on **** *** **** but a recorded message said the office was open until **:** – this was at **:**!** **I will attempt to call you mid morning tomorrow *st February unless you beat me to it by calling myself on ***** ****** so we can discuss this matter and see what type of action Yodel can come up with to placate this very annoyed customer.** **As I mentioned last time I was fobbed off from someone further down the food chain – perhaps this time you will contact me directly. ** **Yours sincerely,** **Howarth Lee
