The issue in GetHuman-bexwils's own words
Every month our dog food is delivered by Yodel and every month they **** it up. Usually they say they couldn’t locate the property even though I have left specific directions. This month the food should of been delivered on Tuesday **th. I waited in all day, tracking then all of a sudden said ‘sorry we missed you, we’ve left you a card’ Down right lies, no one came and there was certainly no card left. I contacted Yodel via web chat on the **th they assured me it would be delivered that day. Again I waited in and again no one came. Last month I amounted £** of extra charges on my phone bill because of having to call them constantly! Again I have done web chat this morning and been told that because delivery was attempted and I wasn’t home they would try again today. I am absolutely sick of being lied to, no one has attempted delivery and it’s the same story every month, they lie to me and say they’ve tried to deliver it when they absolutely have not!! My dog has health issues and requires this specific food so it is very important that this delivery comes on time! Since we moved house * months ago not once has it arrived when it should of done. The local courier is absolutely dreadful, he’s rude and obviously a liar! He throws other people’s parcels all over my driveway whilst trying to find mine and he never ever asks for a signature even when it is stated that one is required. I am sick to death of communicating with the incompetent people at Yodel, they have absolutely no interest in my problem, most of the time I have to wait up to ** minutes to be connected on Web chat and then if I don’t reply within less than a minute they disconnect me. It’s absolutley disgusting customer service and I have no idea how they are still in business as it seems every one has issues as I do. If my parcel arrives today which I doubt I am going to question the driver as to why he keeps lying and saying he has attempted delivery when he hasn’t but I won’t expect much of a reply as the most he ever gives is a grunt!!! Like I said this happens every month, I have lost count of how many times I have had to call or web chat but both of these methods never amount to me getting any help. Please help me!!
