Yesterday, I received a text at 6:15 p.m. stating my order had been delivered. My order included a birthday present for a family member that I needed for a vacation today. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to me, causing significant inconvenience. Despite reaching out via phone and live chat, I felt no empathy from the advisors, even though they knew I was extremely distressed. I was informed a driver would bring the parcel to me today, but since I am leaving for vacation, I had to retrieve it myself. Dealing with this situation triggered multiple panic attacks due to my severe anxiety. I was promised a call back by 8 p.m., but when I tried at 7:45 p.m., I found out the contact center was closed at 7 p.m. This experience has shaken my trust in this company's customer service. I hope something can be done to restore my faith.

I have been eagerly awaiting a package from ‘Lasula Boutique’ for several days now. After receiving an email notifying me that the order had been shipped, I was surprised to receive an email from Yodel yesterday at 1:30 pm stating that my parcel had been delivered, yet no package arrived. Feeling frustrated, I discovered that I mistakenly entered the wrong postcode by typing CO2 3NH instead of CO3 3NH. Although the rest of the address was accurate, the incorrect postcode I entered does not exist. I am bewildered and upset that a delivery was attempted at a random location without any prior verification. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel as it feels like a waste of money. I encountered two issues with Yodel. On 15th June, the driver refused to provide a receipt for the parcel return to Habitat. Despite my persistence, he reluctantly tore off an ID strip from the returns sticker. When confronted, he falsely claimed there was no prior collection attempt, which contradicts the tracking number JD[redacted][redacted] for today. This is the third day I've taken off work, with the previous attempts on 5th June and 8th June resulting in the driver not showing up and falsely indicating no parcel. I seek official confirmation of today's collection to ensure the package isn't mishandled. Habitat owes me a refund. Thank you.

Yesterday at 3:30 p.m., I found a card in my mailbox claiming a parcel had been delivered and left at my front door. When I got home at 3:40 p.m., there was no parcel. After contacting the delivery company, they provided me with the phone number of the delivery person, who denied delivering the parcel and mentioned it was another delivery individual. The card only had "Flat D" on it. Upon checking online, it suggested the parcel was left in a non-existent back porch. I contacted Yodel again, repeated my story, and received the same delivery person's number to call. The delivery guy denies it was him. I asked Yodel to investigate further. They mentioned they would update me today. I inquired about the sender, and it turns out I haven't ordered anything from that company before. Yodel later called to inform me that the parcel was left with a neighbor, but none of my neighbors confirmed receiving it. I have now reached out to the alleged sender to sort out this mess as Yodel has been unhelpful.

I am disappointed with the experience I had with your delivery driver today. He was rude and tried to force my package through the letterbox despite it not fitting, then drove onto my driveway, which no other delivery driver has done before. This same delivery person has been discourteous in the past, claiming to be in a hurry. I took a photo of his car with the registration number as he left my property. I consider his behavior as theft and bullying, and if not resolved, I will involve the police. This situation is unacceptable, and no one should encounter such treatment. This parcel was apparently delivered on Wed Jun 6 at 15:32, however, we were home and no delivery card was left. I was unaware it was in the UK or who the network partner, YODEL, was. I reached out to the sender last week to investigate the non-delivery. Despite attempts through chat, help line, and complaint line, I have not received satisfactory assistance. The chat representatives have been unhelpful, closing the chat and accusing me of fraud. I expect a prompt resolution regarding the delivery of my parcel. Failure to address this issue will result in further action.

Upon arriving home around 17:30, I found a Yodel card with the ID [redacted]0. The card lacked any recipient name and was dated 11/07 without a specific time. It indicated my parcel had been left in a "SAFE LOCATION" as requested by the sender, noted as "Behind bin." Typically, I prefer my parcels to be left with my retired neighbors in adjoining properties when I am not available. Despite this, my parcel was left in a public spot by my bin, complicating matters further on our busy bin collection day. The Yodel representative named Liz, whom I spoke to at 0[redacted], was unhelpful, claiming no driver had been to my address when I had received the Yodel card. Her evasiveness and unprofessional conduct were disappointing, leaving me without a resolution. I am still waiting for a callback promised by 19:00. It's frustrating, as not only is a valuable children's gift missing, but also the poor customer service experience provided by Yodel is distressing.

I haven't received my order from your company. The seller was addressing my complaint, but I haven't received any updates. I need clarification on the status of my order. The item was marked as delivered and signed for by a neighbor. However, the neighbor denies signing for it or receiving it. When the driver came out and spoke to my partner and the neighbor, it was clarified that the signature wasn't from the neighbor but possibly from a window cleaner. The driver mentioned leaving the package at my door, which might have been taken. My eBay case seems to be closed, leaving me very anxious about the situation. I have ordered several camping items, including a tent for a festival tomorrow. Despite missing multiple delivery attempts, I received 7 parcels tonight, none of which contained the tent. The delivery driver insisted those were all the parcels and even after checking, the tent was nowhere to be found. The driver's behavior was confrontational and made me uncomfortable. I signed for the parcels assuming the tent might be delivered separately, only to receive a message later saying the tent was included, which isn't true. I am extremely frustrated with your driver. I paid for next-day delivery which was supposed to arrive today, but my parcel did not show up. The driver claimed they couldn't access our road, citing lorries as a hindrance, yet we received other deliveries and had family members visit us by car today. Our onsite staff are always available to assist with deliveries, so it seems the driver did not make an effort to reach our address. To make matters worse, the driver texted me around 3:45 PM, stating I should come pick up my parcel as they had finished for the day. This is unacceptable, especially since I was informed deliveries go on until 7 PM. I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism from your company. I'm eager to receive a delivery from Naked Wines set for today between 4:10 and 6:10 PM. Surprisingly, the tracking showed it was delivered at 5:10 PM when it originally indicated there were 29 more stops before mine. Despite my husband and I being home all day, the driver did not show up. I've contacted Naked Wines via email to address this issue and plan to call them when their lines open at 9:00 AM tomorrow. I have not been home or in Oxford at the time of the supposed delivery as confirmed by your customer manager. I need this email sent promptly to escalate the issue to the eBay customer service department. I have filed a police report for this incident, and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. Dear Customer Service,
Regarding the tracking numbers YE[redacted]27CN, YE[redacted]42CN, YE[redacted]39CN, and YE[redacted]56CN, I would like to report that they were all marked as delivered by your driver without me ever receiving them. According to Yodel Customer Service Manager Jane on August 2nd, it was confirmed that I was not at home in Oxford when the deliveries were supposedly made. I have been told to provide eBay with a letter from Yodel confirming that I did not receive my items, as informed on August 6th.
I have already made a crime report with the police due to the alleged theft and fraud committed by the Yodel courier who claimed to have delivered the parcels. I will be involving my solicitor in this matter and will take legal action against any Yodel driver involved in this fraudulent activity. The police have emphasized the seriousness of this issue, and I implore you to address this promptly.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received for my parcel from Holland and Barrett. Despite waiting at home all day for the next day delivery, the parcel status indicated that I was 99th on the list, but the driver did not reach my delivery. Now, the status shows there are [redacted] deliveries with [redacted] ahead of me, making me doubt if it will arrive today. I needed this delivery urgently as my husband is undergoing surgery today and I must be available to pick him up. Even more frustrating is that a parcel I ordered at the same time and delivered by DPD arrived promptly yesterday. I will be contacting Holland and Barrett about this issue. I was anticipating my ASOS delivery from Yodel last Wednesday (29/08), but the tracking system mentioned the driver couldn't access my property, which isn't true because I was home all day. I interacted with their web chat twice, and both times they asked for delivery instructions to relay to the driver. In one chat, the person cut off the conversation abruptly, and the second one ended after I provided the instructions. Since then, I haven't received any updates. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I haven't made progress. Today (03/09), when I called, the automated message stated my parcel is scheduled for a rescheduled delivery date I haven't agreed to. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication from Yodel and just want to track my parcel's whereabouts and know when it will be delivered.

I am experiencing issues with Yodel as they seem to have lost my parcel. The parcel was collected on August 29th and taken to what appears to be their Stockton depot according to the label. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative over the phone. I did chat with different people on their website four times, and they mentioned needing a week to investigate. However, when checking my account, I saw a notification stating that I requested a refund, which I never did. The missing item is a folding mobility scooter I bought on eBay, and given my current situation, it's crucial to have it. I am housebound until the scooter arrives. I ordered a parcel from Misguided on Thursday, June 9, [redacted], with next day delivery, but it didn't arrive on time. The lack of communication throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Checking other Yodel reviews confirms that others share my frustration with their communication. This experience has prompted me to provide feedback, given how shocking it has been.
