Hello,*I recently posted an "opinion review" about a business and received a message that it was removed. Your email stated that reviews are removed if "It looks like they are written by someone who might have a relationship with the business that prevents them from writing a fair review (such as current or former employees, family members, competing businesses, or business-to-business), even if they describe firsthand experiences. In this case, it looks like you might have a conflict of interest. *I assure you non of the above applies! *Unfortunately your email did not allow me to respnd to the email therefore I am reaching out via chat. *The case reference * is ******* *note: if the business is stating otherwise she should contact me directly to resolve. If Yelp allows all bad reviews to be removed I think it would defeat the purpose of having hinest reviews. I would like the review reinstated or a response a why the removal is valid.
