We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've been facing. To stop receiving emails, open an email you received from Yelp and scroll down to the bottom. Click on "Unsubscribe," usually located in the footer. For texts, the process can vary depending on your location. Typically, replying 'STOP' to a text from Yelp should unsubscribe you. However, these actions must be done by you since we cannot access your personal Yelp account. If you continue to face issues, ensure your preferences are set correctly on your Yelp profile under "Email/Notification Settings".

Yelp is a platform that allows you to discover and review various businesses, but it doesn't manage individual appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it's best to contact the business directly. You can usually find their contact information on their Yelp page. Reach out to them via phone or email, explain your situation, and they should be able to help you make the necessary changes.

If you didn't receive a confirmation email after signing up for Yelp, check your spam or junk folder as it might have ended up there. Also, ensure you provided the correct email address during the registration process. Mistakes in email addresses are a common reason for not receiving confirmation emails. If these steps don’t work, try resending the confirmation email from your Yelp account settings. If you’re still having trouble, there might be an issue on Yelp's end, and we recommend trying again later.

To cancel your Yelp Business account, you need to contact Yelp’s customer service directly since this can't be done through the app or website. You can do so by submitting a request through Yelp Support. Please note that deleting your account will also remove any content like reviews, photos or tips. Be sure to save any information you want to keep. It's also important to know that although Yelp can delete your account, some of your business info might remain visible to users. The decision to remove this lies with Yelp.

If you want to permanently close your business on Yelp but you can't access your account, you could try resetting your password. After regaining access, you can log into your Yelp for Business account. From there, go to the Business Information section and tap "Mark as closed". Choose "Permanently closed" and confirm the action. Please remember that this action is irreversible, and reviews of the business will remain visible.
