I canceled my Yelp ad approx. ** days ago due to being overcharged of the agreed upon budget and then called to cancel my enhanced profile. I just got charged again for something. I tried calling the *** number listed on Yelp's own app and it is a constant busy signal. I tried the *** listed on google and was disconnected twice. I want a refund of the current charge or else I will file a fraud dispute with my bank.
GetHuman-dermapun did not yet indicate what Yelp should do to make this right.
