Trying to claim locations for our business ... When I try to claim one of our business location on yelp for business it tells me you have a lot of locations - someone from Yelp will contact you. No one calls or emails. The ad line says they will have someone call and they don't, and I can't get locations confirmed so we can take care of comments etc.
This has been going on since January so we are now at ** plus with no response. This means we cannot properly respond to customer on Yelp or correct or add any helpful information.
I would like either a better way to confirm multiple businesses or to have a call and assistance from a Yelp representative.
I have been patient and persistent on this. We want to ensure our customers have a good experience and that means having correct information about our businesses.
Contacting Get Human. I have also search online extensively to try to find another resolution or contact. I have even contact Apple because Apple uses Yelp for their maps connect. app.
