I have lost my phone number, and someone used it to reset the password of my Yahoo account. The Yahoo account affected is [redacted], with the last password being [redacted]Imhere. I tried to reset the password when I regained my phone number, but I am unable to do so due to too many verification codes being sent that I cannot access. The verified Yahoo account linked to this is [redacted], and the verified phone number is +[redacted]82. Please send me the password for my lost Yahoo account to either of these accounts. Thank you.

Hello, I received an email from what appears to be Yahoo, but I suspect it's a fake email trying to gain access to my account. It claims that my email will be closed if I don't update it soon via a provided link. The email comes from [redacted] The content warns about the account's discontinuation on Sept 30, [redacted], and urges me to update my information using the attachment. I believe this is an attempt to obtain my password. I can forward the email to anyone interested for tracking purposes and provide a screenshot. Regards, Babak Rafiee

I received an email that appeared to be from Yahoo claiming someone tried to access my account from an unknown device. When I clicked the link provided, it said there was an issue logging in. After questioning the legitimacy, I checked the sender's email address, and it was from [redacted], not Yahoo. I doubt this is a valid Yahoo support address. Just a heads up that there might be scammers using the Yahoo name and logo to target users. Thanks and take care, G.H. [redacted]

I have a two-step verification system for my emails. Lately, I've received multiple emails from 'Yahoo' about blocked sign-in attempts in various locations. I'm unsure if these emails are legitimate or just spam. I'm unable to find any contact information for Yahoo in the UK. Can someone provide assistance?

I reached out to Yahoo customer support on September 18th at [redacted] about my ongoing email issue of legitimate emails going to trash for 2 months. After being informed that spyware infiltrated my data, I was given a case number: [redacted]9 and connected with Mr. Brian Doe with ID YAH2416, who claimed to be a Yahoo employee. Unfortunately, I fell for his scam of purchasing $[redacted] in E-Bay gift cards. Realizing I was deceived, I contacted Yahoo by email on September 19th but received an automated response asking for feedback. I feel Yahoo needs to address these scams and provide reliable support for long-time users like me. Should I switch to Google for better service? I hope Yahoo takes action and assists me with my email issues.

I'll be relocating soon and I'm worried about losing access to my account. It's been challenging to get a response via email, so please contact me at 8[redacted]59 to speak with a representative.

I recently got an email from "Account HelpDesk" saying my account is restricted because it was accessed from France via Google Chrome. I live in the US. They provided a phone number, 1-[redacted], and a reference number. I felt uneasy and ended the call. The caller tried to reach me again, but my phone displayed Elegant Solutions. Is this email trustworthy?

I created the Yahoo Mail '[redacted]' back in [redacted], and I have not accessed it since. Today, I need to retrieve a password for my Facebook account sent to that email, but I am unable to log in. Despite trying various recovery options linked to the account, the system claims the email does not exist. I seek assistance in gaining access to this important account, as it is integral to my online presence. Yahoo Mail has been my preferred platform, and I hope they can demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction by helping me regain access. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Previously, to log into my email, I would enter my email address and then my password, which would immediately take me into my account. Then, I was instructed to enter a code sent to a phone I owned, which worked until that phone broke, and I had to provide a different phone number to receive the code to access my email. Currently, neither phone is temporarily working, so I am unable to access my email. I would like the original login system to be reinstated, where entering the account name followed by the password was sufficient. If you deem it necessary for security reasons to have the code sent to phones in the future, I will accept that, but for now, I prefer to eliminate this requirement for the reasons mentioned.

I have not had access to my account for 2 years while I have been gone. Now that I am back, I can't remember my password, and my phone number has changed. There is no backup email either. I do remember some of my past passwords but can't seem to gain access. I would like to get my account recovered because my Facebook is tied to that account, and I am trying to get both accounts back. My name is Troy Fields. The account in question is [redacted] I do have some of the old passwords if needed. Please let me know if you can help. I would really appreciate it. I do have access to one of my Google accounts, so I can be reached at it. I thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you very much.

Hello, I created an account with the email [redacted] around [redacted]. I used passwords like Kenneth or pfusi. Recently, my landlord hacked into my account after facing accusations of harassment. Thinking it was over, things escalated with police verifying the hack. I've been advised to get new devices and change all my passwords. Unfortunately, I am unable to log into my account and have tried different passwords from old books. I can't use social media since I was linked to adult sites and had my phone compromised. The responsible individual is German, I'm Irish, currently living in Lanzarote. To recover my account, I need guidance. The associated telephone number was [redacted][redacted], which I had to change due to security concerns. They also hacked into that number, copying personal information. I've faced a lot of stress due to this situation, affecting my work as a masseuse and teacher. I am currently ill and undergoing treatment. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Eileen Harding Email: [redacted] Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I recently got a new phone and have been trying to log back into my Yahoo account on it. However, my password isn't working, and I can't reset it because I need to answer security questions. I'm stuck on the question about my favorite uncle; I've tried all my uncles, but none of them are the correct answer. Without the right password or the correct answer to the security question, I can't contact anyone for help. I've also tried confirming I'm not a robot multiple times without success. Since I'm still logged into my account on my laptop, could you please send me a link to reset my password? Otherwise, I might have to switch providers, which is inconvenient since I use this email for everything. My email address is [redacted] I would really appreciate your assistance as I'm currently unable to reach anyone. Thank you.

I receive approximately 10 spam emails a day containing suspected viruses. I have had this email address for 20 years and have never encountered anything like this before. Yahoo was not helpful in dealing with this type of spam. Fortunately, Spamcop.net has been able to solve this issue, just as they have for the past two decades. After reaching out to gethuman, I initially thought my Yahoo account's performance had improved, but I have since realized there are still problems. I exclusively use Google Chrome for Yahoo to block bandwidth-consuming ads. I am experiencing issues with my notepad and contacts, and I prefer the original contacts layout. I appreciate Yahoo allowing us to switch back to Yahoo Classic when needed. It seems like everyone is facing email troubles these days. This could be due to cyber terrorism or individuals attempting to extort money to fix the issues they cause. Despite the challenges, Yahoo remains the top choice for web-based email, in my opinion. I suspect gethuman might be the entity that asked for money to protect my email, but I do not believe Yahoo would allow such impersonation on Google.

Hello, I have the password for my Yahoo account, but it prompts me to verify my identity by sending an email to my recovery address. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the recovery email I set up years ago, thinking it was my first one. I tried to access it but forgot the password. When attempting to reset it, I was asked for two missing digits from a phone number I didn't recognize, indicating it might not be the correct one. Despite my efforts over the past year, I have been unable to regain access. I am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this. Kindly get back to me at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Gabe

I use Yahoo for my fantasy football and email. I recently tried to withdraw money from my daily fantasy account and was asked to verify my account. I'm having trouble with the verification process, and now I've received a message saying my account will be closed if I don't verify it by tomorrow. They are requesting that I take a picture of my ID and upload it using the app.

I am unable to access my Yahoo account via my laptop because Yahoo requires a secure code which is sent to my old mobile number. I have since changed phones and the old number is no longer valid. I do not have another email option for the secure code. My Yahoo account is linked to my email app on my iPhone, but not the regular Yahoo app, preventing me from changing settings on my phone. I have attempted various solutions, but I need assistance in regaining access through my laptop.

The other day, while trying to access my Yahoo mail on my office desktop, I encountered an issue. Upon signing in, I was prompted to verify my old phone number, [redacted]6, which I no longer have access to as it was damaged a while ago. Unfortunately, I was then informed that I have no further options to recover my Yahoo account. I am in urgent need of accessing my account as important billing statements are sent to this email address. I would greatly appreciate any assistance on how to proceed in this situation. Your prompt response would be highly valued. Thank you. Sincerely, Maricor F. Macapaz.
