Yahoo doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tas_rapt will need to dig through the advice provided by Yahoo, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-tas_rapt can let us know if they help or not.

This is my second attempt to email you for my account recovery and I wrote a huge explanation already but your website is being mean to me. I have made an original first email when I was a teenager as such *****@***.com. When I try to recover my password it gives me * options. The first option is my phone number at ***-***-**** and when it tells me to input the second to the last to as "**" it wants to send me a code. The problem is I haven't had access to this telephone for years and my phone number has changed at least * times in my life. the phone number fully is ***-***-****. The second option is to email my email address that suppose to say *****@***.com but it says this instead *****@***.com which does not exist. the first letter "w" isn't suppose to be a w and there is no w in my email address I have right now. I have been trying to access my account my original account I first made for * years now. I haven't contacted you till now about this issue. My full name is Thomas A Searle, I have a nick name "Tommy" My email address I first made was from my favorite dinosaur and my initials of my name which is the first * letter of the email "*****@***.com" Yes I know the name "rapter" isn't spelled that way but I was a kid when I made this email address. I am ** years old and I need access to this email address. I have verified all credentials needed besides a error in the first letter of my email address suppose to be a "t" not a "w" so it is impossible without help desk to recover my account. This is very frustrating for me. What can I do to recover my first original email address? I need to update my current phone number and fix my recovery options for recovering my password for future. This is been a long time and I cannot remember the password from that far back. Please help me!
