Emails to yahoo domain temporary deferred

to send an email from my domain: classic-volkswagen.com.al to yahoo.com domain ... Hi. I am writing to you to report and request help from you about a problem that i am facing with all the emails that i sent from a company domain (Classic sh.p.k. - the authorized dealer of Volkswagen AG for Albania) that i manage (classic-volkswagen.com.al) to Yahoo email domain. It's been more than ** days that whenever a user of my domain accounts sends an email to yahoo domain account, the email is stuck in my Remote Queue and it doesn't get's to the recipient address. The reason it gives is: "*** *.*.* *TSS*** Messages from **.**.**.*** temporarily deferred due to user complaints - *.**.**.*". *The email server i manage is hosted in our company's real IP and this IP it is not shared with anyone else. Our IP is clean and for a long time (at least more than * years) has never been blacklisted or had an issue with (according to blacklist monitor websites: https:**www.spamhaus.org* and https:**mxtoolbox.com*blacklists.aspx). Our email managing software is well equipped with the latest email security features and firewall addons. *I would really appreciate your help because in our daily activities we have many communications with yahoo accounts and this is very important for us.*Fati Venetiku*Mobile: ********************@***.com

the email would stuck in my email server and as a result i couldn't get in contact with my clients

to enable that all the email that are sent from my domain: classic-volkswagen.com.al (or my IP: **.**.**.***) to reach to yahoo domain email server

i am faithful and i respect all the clients that i have whether they are from yahoo domain or others too

i did my best to overcome this problem but i couldn't
