Help with my Yahoo issue
GetHuman988376's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Yahoo doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman988376 will need to dig through the advice provided by Yahoo, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman988376 can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman988376's own words
I use Outlook **** on my PC and move my messages to folders in a separate datafile so I can save the .pst at the end of the year. Outlook DOES NOT receive email when the box is checked to keep a copy on the server. The error msg from Outlook when trying to read the Yahoo server is "Receiving reporting error (*x********): your email server does not have the features required for messages to be left on the server," also when the box is checked, Yahoo webmail receives the emails in the inbox and my phone outlook receives the emails in the inbox.*If I uncheck the box, the Outlook inbox on my pc DOES receives the email however the Yahoo webmail DOES NOT receive the emails -INBOX IS EMPTY, and the Yahoo webmail Trash folder DOES have the emails, in addition my phone does not receive the emails, "inbox empty" message and I have no access to the server trash folder from my phone unless I delete an email from my phone. **Summary, the work around until you get this corrected is I check the box in Outlook **** on my PC to "leave a copy on the server," outlook on my pc fails to receive emails, my Calendar and Contacts in Outlook is synced with Gmail Calendar and Contacts so I can get my Calendar and Contacts on my phone kept in sync, and I now use Yahoo mail on my phone for email.**I want to receive email the way I did when AT&T was partnered with Yahoo, with Outlook **** on my PC and the box checked "leave a copy on the server," and the radio button "delete from server when deleted from delete folder," also use Yahoo Webmail on my PC, and use Outlook on my Phone Outlook with email, Calendar and Contacts kept in sync. At the end of the quarter, I move the email not moved to the separate Datafile .pst and use Webmail to delete the previous quarter's emails to keep from filling up the space allocated to my email address on the server. Is this possible? The most important is the ability to retain all emails in a .pst file so I can reload them when I need verification for an issue AND my phone in sync with email and calendar and contacts in Outlook on my PC.
