I am writing to explain an issue I am facing with my email account. The email address in question is [redacted], and the password is enrique07. The previous phone number associated with the account was [redacted]. I am unable to log in as it prompts me to check my account key, which I do not have. I have opted for the phone/email verification, but I changed my phone number a few months ago. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the old number anymore. I did not set up a backup email for this account originally. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am still unable to sign in. Kindly respond to this email address. Thank you.

I am trying to access an old MySpace account using my old Yahoo email address. I requested a password reset to my Yahoo email, but when I tried to log in, Yahoo prompted me with an unusual activity message and requested a code sent to my recovery email, which is no longer accessible. Despite knowing my Yahoo login details, I am unable to access my inbox. This is crucial for me as my dear friend passed away this morning, and I need to retrieve our old photos from MySpace. I am pleading for assistance in this matter.

I am in need of assistance accessing my Yahoo mail account. The cell phone I usually use for the account key was stolen, so I am unable to log in as the recovery email and phone number associated with the account are no longer valid. The password for the account is "Proudmomof3" and my name is Melissa Clark-Haines. Here are some answers to security questions: My elementary school was Keene, my mother's maiden name is Mardis, city of birth was Coshocton, the name of my first pet was Muffin, and my high school mascot was the Black Bear. These responses should cover any security questions related to the account. I appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to my Yahoo mail. Thank you, Melissa.

I'm having trouble accessing my email after getting a new cell phone. My old phone with the Yahoo email app had a Key code sent to it, but I can no longer access it. The backup email was linked to my college email, which I can't use anymore. I've been stuck in a loop on Yahoo's help pages and can't get anywhere. When I try to manage my account security, I still can't get in. I've been trying to find a contact number but haven't had any luck. If anyone can assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your help.

I've been attempting to retrieve my childhood email account, [redacted], for a few years now. I remember the security answer for one question, but I believe I misspelled the other one, hindering my account recovery. I rely on this account for various games. For now, receiving a verification code for Boom Beach would suffice. The correct answer to the first pet's name question is Buddy, while I am struggling to recall the favorite food answer.

Hello! I am struggling to access my account [redacted] I have not used it in over a year, and now when I try to log in, it prompts me to do so from a familiar device or answer security questions - while I manage the first question, I am stuck on the second one. The dilemma I face is that my Diploma, lost during a neighborhood flood three years ago, was scanned and saved in that account. As I need to change jobs and my Diploma is a mandatory requirement, I feel helpless. Despite attempting to seek help from my college and the authorities with no success (a common issue in Indonesia), I am desperate for assistance. My family's livelihood depends on this job. I am willing to provide any necessary identification verification, so please reach out as soon as possible.

After being alerted by several of my contacts about a suspicious email sent from my Yahoo account, I promptly changed my password. Following that, I noticed that all incoming emails are now being directly sent to the Trash folder instead of my Inbox. Upon researching the issue, I visited the Yahoo Help Center, which suggested adjusting filters, even though I only recall having a spam filter in place. I am uncertain how to rectify this situation and would greatly appreciate guidance on restoring normal email delivery to my Inbox. For communication purposes, please respond to my Gmail account as I am currently unable to access my Yahoo account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am seeking assistance to access my 94-year-old father's Yahoo email account to help him. I have his email address and password but the password provided by his caregiver does not work. I tried the "Forgot password" option and correctly answered the first security question but not the second one which is about his favorite sports team. My dad is currently in the hospital, so he cannot assist in providing approval to access the email account. His email address is [redacted] This situation is frustrating for me.

I am having trouble logging into my account [redacted] I suddenly cannot access the email on my iPhone and when I try to reset the password, none of them seem to work. The security question prompts for a phone number I no longer have access to, which seems odd to me. I believe this may be an error. I require assistance from a specialist and can provide any necessary information to verify that the email belongs to me. It is crucial that I regain access to my email account. I will share my email information below as one way to prove ownership. Once I hear back from the specialist, I will provide additional verification, possibly including pictures from my iPhone, as requested. Please look into this matter.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my mother's Yahoo account. Despite entering the correct password, we are prompted to answer security questions which my mother has forgotten. Consequently, we have provided incorrect answers multiple times. Utilizing Sign-In Helper and the "I forgot my password" option yielded unhelpful messages indicating the account cannot be recovered online. Furthermore, we were advised to sign in from the primary device, which we already attempted. We are currently at a loss on how to proceed as there is no recovery email or phone number associated with the account. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Yahoo accounts. When trying to log in, I repeatedly receive an "INCORRECT PASSWORD" message. Despite initially assuming I had forgotten my password, this issue persists with my other Yahoo account, which I am confident has not had its password changed. This leads me to believe there may be an issue with Yahoo's login page. After numerous unsuccessful login attempts, my account was deactivated for "security reasons." Additionally, I am unable to use my recovery phone number as I have changed it, and accessing the recovery email is equally impossible because I cannot log in due to the login issues with my primary account. This situation feels quite hopeless.

I am experiencing difficulties with logging into my Yahoo accounts. I received an "INCORRECT PASSWORD" message when attempting to log in, even though I am confident I did not change my password. After trying with another Yahoo mail account and facing the same issue, I suspect there may be an issue with the Yahoo login page. After repeated login attempts, my account was deactivated for "security reasons." Furthermore, I am unable to use my recovery options as I have changed my phone number and am unable to access the recovery email due to the login issue with my primary account. This situation is quite frustrating.

Hello, I, like everyone else on Yahoo, received the notice about Yahoo Messenger closing down. Initially, I understood and was okay with it. However, I have received several emails from Yahoo mentioning that my account will be deactivated. I have never requested to deactivate my Yahoo mail account which I've had for 10 years. Please, do not delete my account. It is crucial to me as it is the only email I have and everyone I know contacts me through it. I fear my account might be compromised, although I'm not certain. I regularly change my passwords, and only I have access to my computer. Please, do not remove my account. Thank you for your understanding. Gregory McMullen

I forgot my password for my email account that I created about 7 or 8 years ago. I've tried to reset it, but I can't remember the answers to all my security questions. I need access to this email to recover my Instagram account, as I was locked out and prompted to confirm my email due to suspicious activity. I haven't received any response from Yahoo so far. My email is [redacted], and my name is Michael Anthony Stacy.

My Yahoo email has been frozen on and off for about a week. I can receive emails but can't open, reply, or compose new ones. I was able to send two emails yesterday, but it took hours. I do not have a Yahoo customer service phone number to contact and my internet provider, Century Link, mentioned only Yahoo can fix this issue. I can't email Yahoo at [redacted] because the page is frozen. I would appreciate speaking to a live tech or rep. My number is [redacted].

I am experiencing an issue with replying to emails from Yahoo accounts. I can receive their emails, but my replies fail to go through and I get an error message days later. This problem began on July 3, [redacted], and is affecting our business operations. The error message I receive is: "[redacted] 5.4.7 [internal] >>> exceeded max retries without delivery." This problem is only with Yahoo emails, as I can send and receive emails fine with others. Any help would be appreciated as we need to communicate with Yahoo email users.
