This morning yahoo email on my iPhone stopped loading in a message stating it could not connect to the server continue to pop up. I have tried signing in on an iPad and a laptop computer, however it just brings me to a blank screen where I see no emails.* I also tried downloading the Yahoo! Mail app and that allows me to sign in but tells me I have no messages or the messages are unable to load.** I have tried deleting accounts from my iPhone and re-adding them. I have tried deleting the Yahoo app on my iPhone and re-adding it. Neither of those worked.** I need this account to be restored in order to have access to that account again. I have very important emails I cannot just forget about.
I need emails in that account. It’s not random shopping emails that we are talking about. This isn’t something I can just let go and chat a new account!
I don’t see how this can be labeled as “fixed” by yahoo when I am still without access to my account.
I have tried every fix that I can find through yahoo’s “help” section (which is a joke.. sorry) and google searches.
