I can't sign into my Yahoo account on my new phone because I can't retrieve the account key verification code from the number that I put on to my account because I do not have that phone number anymore and it keeps sending it to my old phone number and I do not know my recovery email also it's like Rhonda ****@gmail or something like that but it's not working and I do not have the password or access to that email anymore so I cannot sign into my account so I found a number that I thought was Yahoo customer service and I called it and it was A* and then telling me that there was a hacker in my account right now and I was going to get in trouble for the things that he was doing in my account because it's in my name then he was telling me that I needed to buy to Google Play cards to have him remove the hacker for my account which I thought was completely not correct so basically all I need is a account key sent to my new phone number my new phone number is *** *** ****. The phone number that I have listed on my account is ***-***-**** and that's the number that the account key getting sent to and I do not have access to that phone number anymore
