log in ... THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED!!! I have had absolutely NO 'real' contact from anyone at YAHOO that can, or will, help with my situation, can't 'really' contact anyone either. Get Human has IMHO proven to be as ineffective as YAHOO's new policies. I have a government account that I am the 'only' one in all of America with my name. If you looked up my name through any medium it would show to be me. (original message below)**AT&T had a 'line glitch' that shut off my internet connection and all normal password access. My error was storing my passwords in a recovery account. Gmail and Hotmail fixed my problem easily. Restoring yahoo, has been mind boggling. I can't access my emails. I'm a long time user with three separate accounts, and your new policies are prohibitive at best. Can I get a reset code sent to my work e-mail?
my only other emails are not listed as alternate contacts for recovery and my employer has recently blocked all outside email.

From the day I came on-line. Yahoo, oldest and to me most trusted e-mail. Changes of recent have been o.k., I go through this with the government often.
