I've been attempting to log into my email on my computer without success. Each time I try, it indicates an incorrect password. The forgot password option prompts to send an access code to an unfamiliar email address. I suspect my account has been hacked. I can still access the account on my phone but desire access on my laptop. I aim to remove the unknown email and set my cellphone for account recovery. I am stuck in a loop using the online help feature, continuously requesting my email and sending access codes to the unfamiliar email address.

Hello, I am reaching out about the email [redacted] I created this email when I was young to set up my Facebook and other accounts. Unfortunately, I forgot the login details for this email as well as the associated phone number. I created a new email since then, but never updated my email on Facebook. My account has been hacked, and I need access to the angel.conteh email to recover it. Many important memories from the past decade, including those with my late father, are on my Facebook. I can verify my ownership of the angel.conteh email with personal and confidential information. I urgently need to regain access to my Facebook account, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving the [redacted] email. Please contact me at [redacted].

I set up my Yahoo account back in [redacted], but I haven't used it in almost 9 years. I have important tax documents and other crucial information that I need access to urgently. The two recovery emails linked to the account are outdated and connected to a school I used to attend, so I am unable to retrieve them. Although I can confirm the last four digits of my cell number, I cannot verify any further information. The issue is that my Facebook account is linked to this email, and since I recently got a new phone after my old one broke, I am now locked out of my Facebook account as well. Since I run my art business through Facebook, I really need to regain access to these documents quickly. Please assist me at your earliest convenience.

I recently upgraded my phone and forgot to unlink my Yahoo account from the old device, which I have already sent back. Now, I'm unable to access my Yahoo account on my new phone because it keeps asking to send a security verification code to my old phone number that I no longer use. Despite contacting a third-party Yahoo customer service for assistance, they claimed to reset my account and password. However, after waiting 24 hours, the new password provided did not work. Upon reaching out to them again, they demanded $[redacted] to resolve the issue, alleging my account was hacked. Feeling uneasy about their request, I decided to seek help from official Yahoo Customer Service. Sadly, I was treated disrespectfully and disconnected abruptly. As I am stuck without access to my old phone number linked to the Yahoo account, I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter without incurring any unnecessary fees. Thank you for your help. Best regards, N.W.

I've been trying to access my Yahoo Mail account for about a week now but keep getting a message saying the account isn't recognized. The Yahoo ID is [redacted] This is frustrating as it's my work email account. I've tried using the recovery options, but I'm still unable to access my account or get any information on why this is happening. I've seen suggestions in your help forum that the account may have been deactivated or revoked, but I haven't received any notification about this. All my important emails and customer information are on that account, and not being able to access them is causing a lot of issues for me. I urgently need to regain access to my email and would appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Cecilia Flores. I no longer have access to my Yahoo email, [redacted], as I have forgotten the password and no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. However, I remember the missing numbers for verification on the site and some old passwords. I believe the correct password may be pasadenashorty53, but I am unable to access my account. Instead of stating a wrong password, it asks me for an access code sent to the old phone number. My Facebook account is also linked to this Yahoo address. Can you please assist me in recovering access to my account?

A couple of years ago, I used to log in to my account [redacted] I was informed that someone in Mexico was using it. I am a retired disabled army veteran and have crucial documents saved in that email. I'm trying to recover it, but I remember only some digits of my old phone number, which I no longer have. I also didn't set up a secondary email for recovery, as I'm not being prompted to enter one. The system just says it can't recover my account online. I would appreciate any assistance.

I am having trouble accessing my email. I typically use Outlook to check my Yahoo email, last accessing it this way on April 19th. Today, when I tried to sign in, I was asked to re-enter my password multiple times without success. When attempting to login directly on Yahoo, it said my password was incorrect. Resetting my password requires selecting an email for validation, one of which I do not recognize and the other is an account I closed a decade ago. I am seeking help to regain access to my Yahoo account.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed to Recover Father's Yahoo Account Dear Yahoo Customer Care Team, I am reaching out for urgent assistance in recovering my father's Yahoo account. For a considerable amount of time now, he has been unable to log in, as he is being directed to recover the account through another email address he should have provided during the account setup. I firmly believe that Yahoo, equipped with advanced technology, should have alternative methods through their servers to verify a user's identity and assist in account recovery. I am willing to provide my father's passport copy, his daily-used IP address, my own passport copy, details of his last known mobile device to access the account, as a means to verify ownership. The importance of this recovery lies in the fact that all his medical reports and correspondences are linked to this Yahoo email account. As a loyal user of Yahoo Mail at the age of 63, transitioning to another platform is not easy for him. I am hopeful that Yahoo will be able to offer assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I have been experiencing issues with my AT&T Yahoo email account. The last email I received was on Monday, May 25th, and since then, I have been unable to access my emails. Despite working with AT&T for a week, the problem remains unresolved. My email address is [redacted], and I have been told by AT&T that the issue lies with Yahoo. However, they have not been able to contact Yahoo to fix it, instructing me to reach out to Yahoo myself. I believe I also had a Yahoo account, but it has been a while since I accessed it. I need help to regain access to both my att.net and yahoo.com email accounts. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I am requesting assistance in accessing my Yahoo email account, which is linked to my Apple account. I created this email address 8 years ago exclusively for Apple purposes when I was younger, unaware that I would need it in the future. I am now unable to access anything on my iCloud, preventing me from sharing family vacation and children photos with my husband, with whom I recently got married. I am unable to retrieve the verification code from my Yahoo account, causing significant frustration. I would greatly appreciate any help in accessing my email to obtain the verification code. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. Brittney P.

Hello, I created this account when I was a child - the account is *****@***.com. I forgot about the account since then. It seems to be linked to my Facebook account, and I received some important emails there. I'm unable to receive these emails at any other account. I need help accessing this account. My old secondary email was *****@***.com, which was a Hotmail account that has now transitioned to Outlook. However, Yahoo shows my secondary email as *****@***.com. The email in question is from *****@***.com about bright ideas. Please assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I've been struggling to access both of my accounts. The first one, which is really important to me ([redacted]), I can't recall the password for. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number [redacted] to reset it. I urgently need to regain access to this email. My new number is [redacted]. Any assistance would be highly appreciated. In regards to my second account ([redacted]), it's asking for an account key which is something new to me. I also no longer have access to the number [redacted] associated with that account. I remember the password for this email, so I'm unsure why I'm being prompted for an account key. I don't recall setting that up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account on my laptop due to a system error. When I tried to log in on my mini-iPad, it asked for a password saved in SafeinCloud, but Yahoo said it was invalid. Although I can access my account on my current laptop now, I worry about facing the same issues if I shut down and restart it. I'm hesitant to change my password with your help because I fear you might lock me out of my account. This would make it hard for me to work and respond to important emails. I would appreciate advice on accessing my Yahoo mails from my new laptop without affecting my current access on the old computer, which is starting to have problems.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo Mail account due to an outdated linked phone number and a forgotten password. Each time I attempt to log in and provide the last password I remember, it prompts me for the phone number linked to the account for verification. However, since the phone number is no longer in use, I am unable to proceed. The security question option is also unavailable, likely due to enhanced security measures by Yahoo. I need to regain access to my account as I have critical documents stored there. Is there a solution available for account recovery? Can I verify my ownership with a valid ID? Your assistance is appreciated.

I am trying to access my Yahoo Mail app on my Sony Xperia Z5, but an error message saying "stopped working" keeps appearing. I uninstalled and re-installed the app, yet when I tried to log in, Yahoo asked for my mobile number for verification. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the old registered number and can't remember if I added an alternative email for recovery. This email is crucial for work-related emails and contacts. Please assist in resolving this issue. If possible, remove the account key for easy access without verification codes. My email is "[redacted]". Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I am having trouble with Yahoo as they seem not to recognize my landline phone number and email address even though they sent me two account keys to the same email. They did not provide a link to enter the codes for registration after receiving the emails. I am using an LG smart TV, not a computer or smartphone, and I heard that older LG TVs had a Yahoo app, but current versions do not. Please consider these issues as I need help with this specific situation. I cannot afford to buy another device, so that is not a feasible solution for me. Thank you for your assistance in addressing these challenges.

During a recent sleepover, a young guest unintentionally accumulated over $1,[redacted] in overdraft fees by repeatedly playing 99 cent games on my phone. The overdraft protection on my account charged me $30 each time the game was triggered. I am reaching out to inquire if Google could potentially refund some of the 99 cent fees, as my credit union has agreed to waive the overdraft charges if refunds are received from Google. The majority of the charges occurred after March 22, [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you.
