I can't get a screen to enter my password. I have had this account for ** plus years. All of a sudden one day I get asked to put in my phone number to log in. Since then never had to type in my email password. Months go by I get a new phone and don't install Yahoo mail on it. The next time I do it asks me for my old phone number by this time I have had many phones in between. Now when trying to get email from Yahoo it ask for my old phone number which I don't have. My password has been the same for ** years. Why the **** can't I enter a password. What needs to be done to recover my account. This is frustrating **** out of me. I now have recovered the own old phone number but I have no access to that phone as it has been years and that number isn't used by somebody else. What needs to be done to recover my account.
