The issue in GetHuman-samudrah's own words
I’m writing to you from Sri Lanka regarding Pizza Hut (since there was no response from the outlet in Sri Lanka)**Order no: A***********I ordered two large pizzas yesterday *.*.** as part of an offer given to visa cards. This was done at *.** pm and I received the confirmation receipt which mentioned that the delivery will be at *.** pm. However since the food had not arrived ** minutes after the due time I called the pizza hut hotline only to hear a recorded message saying that all their agents are busy and to order online, else they will call back (which they never did). Following this, I wrote to pizza hut (by filling in their online form) about the delay but received no response. **After an hour long delay I called all three hotline numbers which played the same recording mentioned above. The pizza I ordered never arrived and they did not have the courtesy to even inform that they were unable to make the delivery. Neither did I receive an apology.**I have been a customer of pizza hut Sri Lanka for years but will not be from now on, and will widely share this most deplorable behaviour from a supposedly well reputed brand.

GetHuman-samudrah did not yet indicate what YUM! Brands, Inc. should do to make this right.
