Subject: Request for Unpaid Retirement Benefits
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to address an issue regarding my retirement benefits from Yum Brand. I have a considerable work history with KFC (Corporate) in Queens, New York, serving as an Assistant Manager for approximately three years, and with Pizza Hut (Corporate) in Saint Louis, Missouri, as a General Manager for around one year. Despite my service, I have not yet received my retirement benefits.
Considering my age and various medical conditions, I kindly request urgent assistance in processing my outstanding retirement benefits. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Warm regards,
Rajinder Wanchoo

I placed an order at the KFC drive-thru on Lincoln Avenue in Los Angeles yesterday. I asked for 4 regular recipe drumsticks and 2 extra crispy ones. However, I received two boxes with six extra crispy drumsticks and two biscuits, even though I did not order any biscuits. The drumsticks were dry, appeared to have been sitting out for a while, and a significant portion of the coating was missing. I was charged around $19 to $20 for this incorrect order, which I found to be a massive rip-off at the cashier window. I was shocked and upset to discover this when I got home. I insist on a phone call to discuss this matter and request a refund. I can be reached at [redacted].

Hello, I am a team leader at a KFC franchise in the UK managed by Euro Garages. Starting on Monday 20/11/[redacted], we have been informed that no training hours are allowed for new team members. This situation is concerning as it means we will have to place team members on the shop floor without any training, which poses a potential health and safety risk. I am unsure if this decision came from YUM or if it is solely driven by Euro Garages to cut costs. I might have contacted the wrong department, so I kindly request that this matter be forwarded to the appropriate team. Thank you, Douglas Quinault.
