I had a troubling experience working at the Narcoossee and [redacted] store in St. Cloud, Florida. While I was working, manager Will S. Hart acted aggressively, hitting me with the cooler door and forcefully pushing me due to a disability I have from a previous accident. Another manager, Nancy Duncan, witnessed the incident. Unfortunately, Nancy lied to the insurance company about what happened, leading them to mistreat me regarding my disability hearing. It's a disappointing situation, and I hope for a resolution regarding this unjust treatment.

I currently work at a Pizza Hut in Odessa, TX. Throughout my time here, I have witnessed instances of racism towards white employees. The first incident involved the general manager, Mary Kay, judging applicants based on their appearance and favoring non-white candidates. On another occasion, an employee expressed frustration over white employees being promoted ahead of him. These experiences are troubling, and I am concerned about facing discrimination based on my skin color. My next step is to contact human resources to address this issue.

I arrived at Taco Bell on Lincoln Highway in Lancaster, PA at 6:30, noticing a sign on the door indicating they would close at 7 pm for routine maintenance. I decided to use the drive-thru, but when I was next in line, they informed me they were closed and asked me to back out. I had to wait for the cars behind me before I could leave.
After calling the store manager and explaining my situation, I was told that they closed at 7 and I shouldn't have been in line, even though I waited for quite some time and there were cars behind me. The manager was unhelpful, claiming it wasn't his problem and hung up.
I find it frustrating that the recently remodeled Taco Bell decided to work on the parking lot now and didn't close the drive-thru earlier or wait for the few cars left in line. This experience has greatly disappointed my family and me. What happened to good customer service? After all, our purchases contribute to their salaries.

Since July 5th, I have been attempting to resolve an issue regarding three $5 KFC Gift Checks. These are checks and not cards, with no expiration date. Despite numerous attempts via email, Facebook, and phone calls, there has been no response. On Aug 3, "Ronnie" offered a $15 gift card as a gesture of goodwill, but as of Sept 23, I have yet to receive it. When following up, I was informed that Ronnie was new and shouldn't have made that promise. I find this lack of communication and resolution unacceptable. I have reached out to KFC over 10 times through various channels and have not received adequate assistance. My history can be verified using my phone number, [redacted]. Thank you.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Lomita, CA Taco Bell
I recently had an upsetting experience at the Taco Bell location in Lomita, CA (store #[redacted]). After playing basketball with my friends and younger brother, we decided to grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, our visit did not go as planned.
I ordered two bean, cheese, and rice burritos with nacho cheese instead of regular. When I received my order, it was incorrect. The staff member insisted it was my mistake, which led to a confrontation. The situation escalated when a person in the back rudely told me to leave without correcting the order.
This level of service is unacceptable for a well-established business like Taco Bell. The lack of customer care and professionalism displayed by the staff, particularly the management, is concerning. I have reached out to corporate HR about this incident and hope for a prompt resolution.
Sincerely,
Muhammad Q.

On April 15, I placed a delivery order with Pizza Hut in Newport, TN. Upon delivery, I discovered I was missing a pizza and wings. After contacting the store, the manager offered me a $20 credit, which I accepted. When I tried to use the credit on April 22, the male manager stated I did not have the credit and had not ordered since May, despite my records showing three orders in April. After some back and forth, he agreed to give me the credit but requested manager approval for future orders. Despite feeling called a liar multiple times, I reluctantly placed another order. However, upon delivery, I was missing items again - a pizza, wings, and breadsticks. I requested a refund from the driver and tried to speak with the manager, but only a different female manager was available, who promised a $10 refund that I have yet to receive. I have reached out to Pizza Hut customer service and filed a complaint but have not heard back regarding my refund. This poor experience has led me to switch to Papa John's for future orders, where I was treated respectfully. Lloyd R.

I recently experienced a distressful situation at a store located in Queens / Airport Rd in Brampton. During my visit, the store manager, Sunaina, treated me very poorly in front of other customers. This behavior left me feeling humiliated as I have never encountered such disrespect from a customer service representative before. Sunaina not only treated me rudely when I asked a simple question but also displayed impoliteness towards the home delivery driver who initially provided me with the store's contact information and suggested that I report this incident.
I am urgently seeking assistance with this matter as I am hesitant to return to this store due to the way I was treated. I am unable to find direct contact information for the area manager, Atif, and I need someone to address this issue promptly. I felt extremely intimidated during this encounter and fear going back to the store. This situation needs immediate attention before I consider escalating this matter further.

I recently placed an order for delivery, including a red pasta, a chicken Alfredo pasta, and breadsticks as part of the five-dollar deal. However, when the driver arrived, she was unprofessional and made me take the food out of the warmer myself. I was disappointed to find that both pastas were squashed in their boxes and the breadsticks were also partially crushed. When I contacted the manager on the day of the issue, I only received a $10 credit for the food and delivery charge I had paid $20.63 for. I believe I shouldn't have been charged for delivery again, and my entire order should have been replaced without any issues. Despite calling Pizza Hut again today, they insisted I only had a $10 credit, which is not fair considering all the food was inedible. As a regular customer who orders from this store frequently, I am extremely disappointed. The store in question is the Dekalb location on Lincoln Highway/Route 38. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you, M.R.

I am contacting you from Sri Lanka in reference to an unfortunate experience with Pizza Hut. Despite reaching out to the Sri Lanka outlet with no response, unfortunately, there was an issue with Order no: A[redacted]48. Two large pizzas were ordered on 4.7.19 at 7:43 pm as part of a Visa card promotion. The confirmation indicated delivery at 8:43 pm. Regrettably, the food did not arrive even after 30 minutes past the due time. Upon contacting the hotline, an automated message stated all agents were occupied, advising to order online or receive a call back. After filling out an online form and no response, I made several unsuccessful hotline attempts during the hour-long delay. The ordered pizza never appeared, with no communication or apology from Pizza Hut. Despite being a loyal customer for years, this disappointing incident will lead to me discontinuing my patronage and sharing this unfortunate occurrence with others.

I placed an order for the mega deal at KFC DAHER, KUWAIT online around 11 am, with an expected arrival at 12 pm. When the order did not arrive on time, I contacted the hotline, and the agent informed me that the order was en route and provided me with store number [redacted]4. Upon calling the store, I spoke to the Egyptian manager who was very rude and claimed he couldn't locate my order. After contacting the hotline again, another agent informed me that my order had been canceled without explanation. I am disappointed by the treatment I received and wish to file a complaint directly with YUM. I believe no customer should face such rudeness. Please address this issue promptly. Subject: Creative Commercial Idea
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out to share a creative idea inspired by Taco Bell's Nacho Fries commercials. I believe a playful commercial featuring friends sharing fries could be a hit with customers. The scenario could involve amusing interactions between friends ordering Nacho Fries, ending with a humorous twist. Different variations could target various customer demographics. I envision the commercial closing with a fun message about sharing responsibly. If this idea resonates with you, I would appreciate a stipend of $[redacted] for the concept.
Best regards,
David Ward

Good day, I would like to share my experience with Pizza Hut franchise in Panama. The lack of breadstick sauce like in El Salvador significantly impacts the pizza quality. In El Salvador, Pizza Hut dominates the market and offers exceptional quality with their breadstick sauce. However, in Panama, Pizza Hut is not competitive, and the quality is lacking. I believe a franchise should have consistent standards across all countries. While other brands maintain quality globally, Panama's Pizza Hut falls short. The visual appearance of Pizza Hut in Panama is subpar compared to establishments in El Salvador. It is evident that improvements are needed in Panama to reach the same standards as other pizzerias in the country, such as introducing the breadstick sauce and enhancing the dough and sauce mixture.

I recently placed an order at Taco Bell in Chanhassen, MN on 10/16 for almost $14. The order included 1 Beef Nacho Combo box with lemonade, 1 Cheesy Chalupa Value box with lemonade, one spicy tostada, and two 2-piece orders of Cinnabon Delights. Regrettably, I was given someone else's order containing cinnamon twists, a bean and rice burrito, and a soft taco, along with the two lemonades. Despite numerous attempts to contact the restaurant and resolve the issue, I faced unprofessional behavior from the employees. I have taken steps to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to not receiving the correct items. As a loyal customer, I hope the restaurant will address this incident and provide better training for their staff to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

On 11/1, we visited Taco Bell on Fern Valley Road. They said they couldn't make a Power Menu Bowl after midnight due to ingredient unavailability. Our replacement order was incorrect and cold. After checking with other Taco Bell locations, they confirmed it wasn't a company-wide policy. When we called the Fern Valley Road site to address the issue, the manager was uncooperative, rude, and refused to provide her name when we mentioned filing a complaint with corporate. Her behavior was unprofessional, as she responded aggressively, used inappropriate language, and overall handled the situation poorly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the manager at the Pizza Hut in Buckhannon, WV. Every time I visit, the manager named Brandi is disrespectful to her employees, like Brandi R., and also to customers. I have observed her reprimanding another employee, cutting hours, and making threats. This behavior has made me stop frequenting the restaurant, even though I used to visit daily. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also declined under her management - it's often undercooked and the salad bar selection is lacking. The management style of both Brandi and Chris is unacceptable in my opinion. It's disheartening when employees are mistreated, and I believe changes need to be made.

I received a $50 Pizza Hut gift card from my son for my 75th birthday. I tried to use it at the Pizza Hut location on Merivale Road in Ottawa, Canada, but the staff and store manager were unable to activate it after a lengthy wait, causing discomfort for other customers waiting to pay. Despite contacting the Canadian office, the card remains unusable. I was assured of a prompt resolution but have yet to hear back after multiple follow-ups. I am disappointed with the service and hope for a timely response to rectify this situation. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. The Pizza Gift card number is [redacted][redacted]74 with the pin number [redacted]. Thank you.

Issue: Difficulty eating in the car often leads me to choose McDonald's over KFC or Pizza Hut due to their finger foods and convenience while on the road.
Comparison:
KFC: Fried chicken can be messy, and side dishes like coleslaw and mashed potatoes require utensils.
Pizza Hut: Slices can be unwieldy in a car without a plate.
McDonald's: Offers easy-to-eat finger foods ideal for on-the-go consumption without needing to pull over.
Recommendation & Potential Solutions:
KFC: Find creative ways for car-friendly eating experiences, such as individually packaging "eat in car" items in biodegradable bags upon request to reduce mess. Consider innovative solutions like packaging mashed potatoes and coleslaw in squeezable tubes for easier consumption.
Pizza Hut: Slice pizzas into smaller, more manageable pieces for in-car dining.
In Closing: I urge Yum Brands to explore inventive solutions to enhance the in-car dining experience for customers.
Thank you,
Ina L.

I am inquiring about the ownership of my local Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurant in zip code [redacted]. I am concerned about the management of this location, as it seems to have declined in quality compared to when I worked at the Muskogee, Oklahoma store. During my recent visit, I encountered numerous issues, including delays at the drive-thru, confusion with my order, and poor food handling practices. The staff seemed unorganized, and the food preparation was subpar. I observed slow cooking practices and a lack of handwashing between handling money and food. If this location is still under corporate management, I believe it needs closer attention to ensure proper operations. I urge for an inspection or management review to address these issues and improve the overall experience for customers.

During my visit to the Fayetteville, GA store tonight, I encountered a female named Ramona who identified herself as the store manager. She was very unpleasant and unhelpful. When I asked for a credit card receipt, she stated that the store was out of paper. I suggested she write the receipt, but she refused and made a rude comment. Then, she took back my bag of food abruptly. When I inquired about contacting Taco Bell's organization, she declined to provide any information. I had to search online to file this complaint. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful. The lack of customers at the store should have been a sign. I decided to go to a nearby Del Taco, where I was treated warmly and with care. Taco Bell should be ashamed of such poor customer service.
