There seems to be an issue with my billing. My mobile app has two addresses listed as of October, **, ****, one of the two addresses is ***** W Jewell AVE APT **-***, Lakewood, CO ***** which I asked for services to be discontinued in July with a discontinue date of ******* which was my move out date from that residence. After receiveing a bill in I still have bills coming from that address as of the September ** billing date, while I have not yet received a bill for the new residence at **** S Webster St APT *A. and this is completely unacceptable. Especially because I requested services to be stopped on July **, ****. The old address still shows up on both my bills and on my mobile app. I am still getting bills from ***** Jewell AVE APT **-*** as of ******* and ******** when I have not had a rental agreement or occupied that residence since *******. I have requested three times now to have the W Jewell address taken off of my profile but I am still getting billed and frankly it is to the point that I may seek litigation. I do not reside at ***** W Jewell have sent three requests to have services stopped, and I am still being billed for both properties and and this is absolutely unprofessional. Please see to it that this is fixed and for god's sake to not attempt to leave the burden of proof on me to produce the service stop requests because we both know that you have the capability to find those yourselves.
GetHuman-zgarrig did not yet indicate what Xcel Energy should do to make this right.
