I have a past due balance on my account because they billed me for a month of Game Pass Ultimate that I haven't been allowed to use since my annual subscription ran out on May *, ****. I do not want Game Pass Ultimate. I do not want xbox stealing money out of my checking account like they did for a year. I removed my credit card information a long time ago because xbox kept charging me for things without my permission. I have a one year membership code, but cannot use it because xbox wants to steal my money again. The subscription page keeps telling me to update my credit card to pay the past due balance. How do I get a refund for my one year subscription card I purchased? i have tried calling xbox for a week and the website keeps telling me my issue does not allow me to talk to a person. Please help me. Why am I not allowed to talk to a real person about xbox stealing my money? Do I have to file a police report to talk to someone?
