I have tried to cancel Xbox live for over a year now. My credit card info changed in the last two months and I did NOT update it on Xbox live because I DO NOT WANT to PAY FOR THIS ANYMORE!! Y’all have collected money for a service I do not use long enough!! I did not update my info yet somehow Xbox live was able the charge my credit card twice in April, on the *th and **th for **.**. I have tried every possible way to cancel this and for the last ** months I still have no had a live person contact me. I do not have the password because the account has not been used in a long time. I want this resolved NOW!!! I want a live representative to contact me in the next ** hours or I will start calling headquarters. This is not acceptable and I am done seeing these **** charges!
