I sent my xbox one into Microsoft to get repaired .it is under warranty. It forever to get back to me .and once it did they said they couldnt fix it.then I tried to turn it on and it works now .plus I sent the power cord with it they said once they find the power cord for my xbox one s they will ship it back to me .how crazy is that .I would suggest it might be easier to fix the issue your self with the help of YouTube. And amazon parts if you need them.much easier than sending it to Microsoft unless you have a warranty .but even then it maybe better to do it yourself .

The issue fixed itself .they couldnt fix it .I think I may have got water in the system .they probably opened it up and saw the water stain and just sent it back .while in transit to them .or in the box it dried out completely and once I got it back i thought when I got the letter they couldnt fix it that I'll just get another one .then just to see if it would come on .it did and works fine .
