I purchased The Division 2 with the year 1 pass on sale on 10/14/19 for $26.12. After only the year 1 pass installed, I bought The Division 2 separately to try to fix it, but I was charged an additional $22.86. I contacted support, and they refunded the $22.86 for the second purchase. However, now the game has disappeared from my library, leaving only the year 1 pass. I want to keep the game I paid $26.12 for, but it's not showing up in my library to download. I've paid $26.12, but the base game is missing while the year 1 pass remains.

Hello, I am experiencing confusion regarding my Xbox Live Gold subscription. I purchased a one-year subscription for €59.99 at Fnac store on October 15th, entered the code on my Xbox, and played online. However, recently I received a message stating my payment of €39.99 to Microsoft account balance on October 14th was unsuccessful. I am unable to play online now. I have been trying to contact support for a year without any success with my Xbox One S stuck in an endless update loop. The console keeps displaying the message "Update time! More good stuff awaits..." after which it shuts off, only to restart the same update process. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like offline updates and factory resets multiple times to no avail. Adding to my frustration, I am unable to access my Outlook account for further assistance. Meanwhile, I have been charged for a monthly subscription despite not being able to use my Xbox for almost a year. This situation is incredibly disappointing. Thank you.

I intended to buy the new Modern Warfare but mistakenly got the [redacted] version, Infinite Warfare. I asked for a refund on my Xbox account on Sunday, October 27, [redacted], to buy the new [redacted] Modern Warfare. I received an email on the same day promising a reply within 72 hours, but I'm yet to hear back. Kindly update me soon. I'm getting a bit frustrated, though I recognize it was my mistake to begin with.

I have applied for a refund and it was approved after my third attempt. However, the refund has not been posted to my card or bank account yet. The bank claims the case is closed, but I still have not received the funds. I have been trying to get information about my case since the 15th and am overdue for the refund. I immediately addressed the unauthorized transactions when I noticed them. The games show as refunded, but I have not received the actual refund. I know there is a processing time of 3-5 business days, but it has been longer than that now.

While playing Red Dead Redemption 2, I have been repeatedly targeted by other players, leading to altercations. After defending myself in-game, the other player reported me for using inappropriate language in our messaging exchange. I acknowledge the use of foul language, although it was not specifically directed at them. The situation escalated quickly, resulting in my account being suspended without allowing me to explain my side of the story. I believe that both parties should be heard before taking such drastic actions. This incident has been frustrating as gaming serves as a means of distraction from personal struggles, only to be met with account repercussions. I hope Xbox reconsiders their approach to handling these situations in the future.

My account LividRnbw has been suspended, a first in YEARS without any offenses. I reported another player for misconduct, but nothing was done. I mentioned I would remember their gamertag, but how is that worse than the racial slurs they used? Why am I being punished when they were not? This doesn't seem fair and I'm frustrated with the inconsistency in enforcement.

My Xbox Live account email was compromised in July, and I have been unable to contact Xbox support through phone or email. The hacker changed my email password, preventing me from accessing my account. I am seeking assistance to either cancel my Xbox One account, update my email information, or ensure no unauthorized charges were made. For the past three months, my Xbox has been prompting me to update my account. The only issue was my outdated phone number linked to it, which I couldn't figure out how to change on the console. I could only choose "looks good" or "remind me later," with no option for "not up to date." Consequently, I've been selecting "remind me later" every time. Recently, I managed to update my phone number successfully. However, the next day, the prompt about my account status disappeared. Now, whenever I try to sign in, a loading screen appears as if the question is loading, but nothing occurs. Without the question present, I can't choose "looks good" or "remind me later," preventing me from signing in until I can address the prompt. I apologize for the lengthy explanation, but I am quite frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a digital copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, thinking it was for PS4, but ended up getting it for Xbox instead. I only realized the mistake when I left the store. I paid in cash, and they said they could refund it. I need them to take back the code and refund me. I don't have an Xbox account, and I've been trying to call to sort this out. Recently, my Xbox games like Fortnite, Roblox, Need for Speed Payback, Mortal Kombat X, are all having issues. Mortal Kombat X, Minecraft, and Need for Speed have excessive lag making them unplayable. Roblox is taking too long to open, and Fortnite keeps lagging out. I play on an Xbox One S. I'm curious about why these games are not functioning properly suddenly.

I am experiencing an issue with my XBOX 1 controller. While playing NHL 19, the LT button suddenly ceased to function properly. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem, only to discover that the Left Trigger is physically stuck. It requires manual lifting to function, as it simply falls back into place on its own. Could you please help me fix my Xbox party chat and address the lag issue? Whenever I join or someone joins my party, it shows "connecting" for 5 seconds and then disconnects. When I play Fortnite, the game lags continuously until I get logged out. I've checked my settings, but it doesn't show any issues. I've been trying to resolve this for a week now with no success. I am seeking a refund for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as it did not meet my expectations. Despite the amount of money I invested, the game fell short. I reached out to Xbox Live chat support on Thursday because I was experiencing errors when trying to renew my Ultimate Pass subscription. The support team mentioned they encountered issues with my account and said they would email me an update, but I haven't received any communication yet. They suggested purchasing a code from a store, which I did due to the ongoing problems. Unfortunately, even that has also resulted in errors. I need to let Xbox know that my bank account will not have funds for the renewal until Friday because of this. I've been attempting to contact Xbox this evening, but the live chat is experiencing authentication problems, and the button to request a call from support is unresponsive. It's crucial that I inform them about the lack of funds and the unsuccessful purchase of the code.

I recently had an upsetting experience while playing a game. Some players were using hacks, making me and my friend look bad in front of others. They were making fun of me, and I was discussing the situation with my friends over text because I was confused by their sudden skills in the game. I even challenged one of them to a one-on-one match as I suspected they were using cheats, specifically an aim bot in our D2 online game. After I figured out what was going on and messaged my friends about it, I ended up getting banned by the enforcement team.

I have been attempting to get help to sign into my Xbox Live account, but unfortunately, despite numerous efforts, I am still unable to connect to Gold Live even a week later. During my last support call, the representative suggested I delete my Gamertag and profile to start fresh, which I reluctantly agreed to. However, following this advice, I was unable to create a new avatar and account due to issues with my initial tag "blindfoldeddog." Consequently, my email is linked to the account I cannot access. The technical support team has not been able to assist me effectively, and instead, I feel they have hindered my gaming experience. I am quite upset at the lack of competence displayed by the team. Microsoft, it is now up to you to resolve this problem.

While playing Ark Survival Evolved, I attempted to create a post about forming a mega tribe in-game. However, the post was flagged as inappropriate, which I found confusing. I posted about joining our Discord, asking for a code, and receiving an invite to the tribe on server EU rag [redacted]. I mentioned needing 25+ players, requiring 15 posts to Xbox Live, and shared it on my feed. I specified English as the language. I had posted a similar message before without any issues, but upon reposting it, I got banned from posting any content due to communication post restrictions. This restriction even extends to streaming on Twitch.
