Someone ported my phone number from tmobile and used my stolen phone number to hack my microsoft account and thus my xbox account. They have installed two step verification on the **** thing and are using mu phone number to recover and change passwords. My account Xander****** i have shut off the credit card but i always purchase * year subscriptions. What can i do and what info do u need for me to recover my account? My xbox sn? I can give u whatever info u need to verify who i am but they have taken my microsoft account and i am unable to contact anyone in person to be able to explain what has happened. Thank you
