I have an Xbox *** that had a red dot of death. I am trying to transfer the saves off of the ***. I went to a local game store and used their Xbox *** console to add my hard drive and attempt to switch all of my saves to the cloud so I could access them from my newer Xbox One console. Unfortunately, even though I registered for gold today and my account shows that I have active gold membership, when I go to my cloud saving options, it still says I need to register for gold. I am trying to find out why my gold status does not match up between my system save devices and my account status. currently it will not allow me to access the cloud saving feature because it still says I need to register for gold.
