I recently purchased a game via the Microsoft Store on my Xbox One. The game purchased was the Life is Strange * Complete Season bundle. Due to an issue with my internet connection, I was forced to reinstall all games that did not have a physical copy. When I went to reinstall the bundle, it appeared as me not having purchased the full bundle, and only allowed me to play the first episode of the game. Given that I have already spent the money on the entire bundle, I'd very much like to be able to play it as the episodes are released. If it helps clear anything up, I paid using a $** Xbox gift card, as well as my personal credit card. My Xbox Live username is OwlLeader**, and the email I used for it is *****@***.com(this email is no longer used).
GetHuman-tanmanzi did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
