Hi I'm requesting for help due to reoccurring amounts of money being charged to an account for the last * months * to * months and I have a paper trail that Xbox has been taking money out of my account due unauthorised purchases on Xbox that is taken out my account concerns I've written and I've called no reply back this needs to be dealt with ASAP and it is well over three to four hundred dollars of unauthorized purchases my direct contact is (***) ***-**** my name is Dorothy R Bailey it's a fraudulent purchase I feel we've been hacked and we want to put a stop to it so we're going to close out our bank account due to the reoccurring problem but it looks bad to Xbox Microsoft a concerned customer have a nice day I want to continue to doing business with ur company.
