I pre-ordered an Xbox game called black ops * about two*three months ago, I had played it after I ordered it because it was a pre-order so I played the beta, The beta had closed so I was waiting for the full game to release. I turned on my Xbox and tried to open the game to see if it had released and it said that I needed to buy the game, Then it said that I either refund it or cancel the order. I’ve done neith then it said that I either refunded it or cancelled the order which I had never done, so i checked my accounts payment history and it said the order had been cancelled. I used a prepaid Visa card to pay for it, there is no way of checking the balance because i lost the card so i don’t have the information so i am not sure if i was refunded or not.
GetHuman1321257 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
