I am being billed for Microsoft Xbox Live Go on a monthly basis. I am charged $*.** every month for something I do not have.I DO NOT have or ever had an Xbox.*This is my second or third request for help. No one ever responded. I called the credit card company, *they cannot help me until I find out why this being billed to me. I even got a new credit card with a new number thinking the credit card was stolen. this did not help as the charge appeared on the new card with the new number. I really need to get this taken care of ASAP. I do not want to pay for something I do not have. I tried calling your **** but all I got was a recording giving me this website and a hang up, I tried doing a live chat but the chat would not let me write anything.
