We have not had an xbox or used the xbox in probably a year or so, yet have been charged $**.** a month to our credit card each month. I would like to speak to a himan being to sort out this out please. You must be able to check and see how long the account has been inactive for and be able to reimburse at least some of the $***. ** in charges since ****. I am not sure what email was used to set the account up but surely we can figure it out. That astronomical amount on a system we have not used in a long time seems more than a little excessive and we would like to continue to remain xbox customers in the future when our financial situation repairs. My account name on there I believe was Winchester** or Winchesters**?
