I recently purchased an Oppressor MK II and my Terrorbyte. I noticed the $3,[redacted],[redacted] and $1,[redacted],[redacted] deductions. I was able to enjoy them for a day but then a friend mentioned his nightclub and Terrorbyte were missing, so he contacted PlayStation. Today, I logged in and found that my nightclub, Terrorbyte, and purchases were gone without a refund. I still have access to my facility. It would be greatly appreciated if the $10 million I spent or the vehicles and nightclub could be returned. Thank you.

A year ago, I shared my account with two people: "whiterosefan420" and "CosmicWolfSage". My account is AlphaXxpertx, and it was only for game sharing. Unfortunately, they ended up taking advantage of the situation. Everything seemed stable until CosmicWolfSage started signing me out without reason. Later, I noticed my profile picture changed to inappropriate content. In Fortnite Save The World, all my belongings were gone as CosmicWolfSage confessed to deleting them. He even sent offensive messages to my friends from my account. Despite changing my password and their admission, the damage is irreversible. I suspect Whiterosefan420 is involved in this scheme. My main request is to have my account, AlphaXxpertx, unbanned swiftly to prevent further misuse. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased an Xbox Live membership on September 17, [redacted]. I enjoy playing online games like Fortnite, NHL 18, and Call of Duty. Recently, I tried to log into my Xbox Live account only to find out that I needed to repurchase Xbox Live. This seems strange since I just renewed it 2 days ago. Upon checking my emails, I discovered a message stating that my Xbox Live account was canceled and $79.09 was refunded to my bank account. I did not authorize any cancellation, as I just renewed my account. Also, the refund mentioned in the email has not been received in my bank account yet. I am disappointed as I've been a loyal Xbox user for over a decade and never faced such an issue before. I have noticed that I am still being charged $10 monthly even after canceling a month ago. I have updated my payment method to my debit card to avoid charges on my credit card. I would like the option to purchase a yearly subscription and have the new $10 charge removed from my debit card. It feels unfair to be double-charged on both cards. I have been a loyal Xbox Live Gold subscriber since [redacted], but in August [redacted], I bought a yearly subscription card and activated it. My subscription should have lasted until August [redacted]. However, recently a payment was deducted from my account even though I should have had a free year. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative about this issue, but encountered difficulties. I provided my email address, which was confirmed as incorrect, even though I believe I had provided the correct one during setup. Subsequently, my account was switched back to monthly payments instead of the free year I had paid for. I am frustrated because I spent $59.99 plus tax on the subscription card and feel that I am being charged unfairly. I live alone and am the only one with access to my account, so I am unsure how these changes were made without my knowledge. Additionally, I faced challenges reaching a live person via phone support as the answering machine was unhelpful.

I am currently being billed monthly for Microsoft Xbox Live Gold at a rate of $9.99, even though I do not own or have ever owned an Xbox. During a recent gaming session on NBA 2K19 with my friends, we were harassed by individuals who made racist and derogatory remarks, using unacceptable language. Despite being asked to stop, they persisted and even threatened to create new accounts to evade any consequences. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering there are children who also use my Xbox. I have recordings of the incident, along with text messages sent via Microsoft, as evidence of their inappropriate conduct. Reporting and addressing such behavior is important to maintain a safe and respectful gaming environment.

My Xbox One X is not starting up properly. Initially, we believed it needed an update. We followed the troubleshooting steps, updating, resetting, and even downloading the update onto a USB to start from there. Although we successfully updated and turned it on, it freezes at random points and becomes unresponsive. Trying to restart yields no results. After one successful start-up, subsequent attempts result in no display on the screen and eventual crashes. Notably, it is connected to a 4K TV, and other consoles operate smoothly on the same HDMI port of the TV. This issue occurs specifically at my friend's house on his Wi-Fi (cable connected) when attempting to restore/download the update from an alternate source.

I am getting an error message saying "the game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again." I have tried rebooting, updating my Xbox [redacted], deleting my game profile, and following various suggestions on the prompt and website. Despite having games on my system from the Xbox on-demand tab, I can't play anything as it keeps asking me to sign in to Xbox Live, even though I am already signed in. Just two days ago, I was playing Oblivion with no issues. I am frustrated and considering switching to a PlayStation since they have a customer service phone line for assistance. Despite being instructed to respond to an email for help, I never receive any emails from Xbox to confirm. I have checked my trash, spam, and inbox, but still haven't received any emails from Xbox.

I contacted customer support last week on September 17th regarding my new Xbox One Elite Controller. The lb (left bumper) was stuck, and I didn't want to attempt to fix it myself because it's still under warranty. During my first call, the call got disconnected. On my second call, the representative mentioned sending a replacement controller. I requested a confirmation number, but was told it would be sent by email within 24 hours, which I never received. The agent also said there was no need to return the faulty controller. Today, on September 26th, I received a package from Microsoft containing only the remote controller case with nothing inside. There was no remote or paperwork, just an empty case. I am eager to receive a replacement controller, not just the case.

I have been a lifelong gamer, starting with Intellivision, Atari, Nintendo, PS2, and now Xbox. Unfortunately, I have had a series of issues with Xbox consoles over the years. The disk drive failed on my first Xbox, I experienced the red ring of death with the [redacted], and multiple Xbox One consoles have had disk drive problems. It's frustrating to see my older consoles like GameCube, PS2, and PS3 still working while the Xbox systems keep failing. Despite the issues, I do appreciate the comfort of the controller and the dashboard interface. However, I may have to switch to PlayStation for the next generation because of the reliability concerns. Approximately 14 hours ago, I accidentally spilled juice on my Xbox One. A considerable amount entered the console, causing it to only turn on to eject the disk. After trying to dry it with a fan overnight, I successfully powered it on this morning without checking the display. Concerned about potential hazards from residual moisture, I turned it off after five seconds and placed it back under the fan. Just a moment ago, I powered it on again and saw the display.
