I want to speak with a real person who is knowledgeable and able to understand that I do not have an Xfinity mobile account, nor did I ever have an Xfinity mobile account, nor do I want an Xfinity mobile account. I just want to stop being billed for an Xfinity mobile account ... I was charged more than $**** for xfinity mobile service, but I don't have xfinity mobile service nor did i ever have it. How do I get the charge removed?
I have spent hours on the phone with representatives who do not speak English well enough to understand my issue or who are unable to connect me with a representative who can assist me.
Remove all charges from my credit card.
I am NOT a customer. Problem is, I keep being billed as if I were a customer.
