I need the CALLER ID or NAME ON MY ACCOUNT OR NAME THAT SHOWS UP on another person's phone TO BE CHANGED to MY NAME. IT IS NOT MY NAME! It must be the name of the person who had my phone number BEFORE ME. ... I have a problem with my cell phone where the caller ID name is SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME, NOT MINE, And it must be the name of the last person who had my phone number. I waited on hold for almost * hours! This is unacceptable!
This is very frustrating because I am constantly being put on hold to wait for hours at a time!
Fix my phone number so it SHOWS MY NAME when other callers receive my calls. And as courtesy allow me to upgrade to a new better device.
I have been a customer since March of **** and the CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR LACK THERE OF, of XFINITY makes me NOT WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER or use their services
