Woot doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-sushi_to will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-sushi_to later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
I just emailed my issue and the same window popped up so I am not sure that it was received. I have a $**.** charge on my credit card that I did not make and have made multiple attempts to contact Woot with no results other than to get my credit card info which is on hold for fraud so I am unable to access that avenue. My name is Lisa Lennen, **** Date Palm Ave. S., St. Petersburg, FL, *****. My email adressess are *****@***.com and *****@***.com. My phone number is ***-***-****. If this can't be resolved, I will have to cancel my credit card of ** years and start over, in addition to notifying all of the auto-pay accounts attached to this card. Please, please help me to address this breach so that I don't have to do that. Thank you so very much for your prompt response, as I ha spent most of the day trying to contact you, which is difficult, and being on the phone with my credit card company. In addition, I am battling a life threatening illness. I am trying so hard to address everything but getting nowhere. Please help.
