I recently bought a pressure washer from Woot, expecting it on O7/06, but it never arrived. After realizing it was returned to sender, Woot provided a refund rather than sorting out the issue. However, speaking with UPS today, I discovered the package was actually returned to the manufacturer due to multiple tracking labels. If I could uncover this information, why couldn't Woot? The lack of effort on their part to rectify their mistake by refunding instead of replacing the order is disappointing. I'm willing to reinvest the refunded money to receive the pressure washer. Woot's customer service, lacking any personal interaction, seems secluded and unresponsive. They should honor their commitment to ship the pressure washer as it was undamaged, and the delay was solely due to their error.

I am encountering difficulties with two separate orders. The first is RMA-[redacted]9-1Woot order #[redacted]9 for the Teeter FitSpine FS-1 Inversion Table. Although I received an email on October 4 approving the refund, the item was delivered on October 5 and I have been unsuccessful in printing the return mailing label. Despite being informed on the website that instructions would be sent via email within a specific timeframe, I have not yet received them. Additionally, my attempts to schedule a UPS pickup have been unsuccessful, leaving me concerned about not having the mailing label ready in time.
The second order is for Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted], the SUPER DEAL PRO 61''/68'' 2in1 Large Bird Cage. An email received in June mentioned that the return/refund would be processed upon receiving the package. Due to certain circumstances, I have not been able to return it. Being a [redacted]% disabled Veteran and unable to drive, transporting these two large and heavy items to the UPS store is impossible for me. I am hoping for guidance and support to facilitate the return process. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card from an order placed with your company. My card issuer has been notified. Unexpectedly, ten "fall" sweatshirts that I didn't choose arrived at my address. I have no affiliation with your store and want to return these items not charged to me. I placed an order for two Blink XT camera packs, quantity two each, but I haven't been charged. My email is [redacted] I had trouble logging in last night due to "too much activity." I placed an order for a Christmas gift on Dec 12th with an expected delivery date of Dec 24th. The credit card was charged on the same day, but a tracking number was not provided immediately. Despite numerous attempts to obtain an update, only automated responses were received. Today, Dec 22nd, a tracking number was finally received, but the item has yet to be shipped. I am concerned if the shipping is being expedited to meet the original delivery date. Additionally, I am seeking an explanation, an apology, and a discount for the inconvenience caused by the lack of communication regarding my order's status.

I placed an order for a recliner on January 3rd, but I have not received any updates since January 15th. On that day, Woot! provided me with tracking information indicating the chair had been moved from Carson to Long Beach, which is just 30 miles away from me. Despite several attempts to contact Woot! Customer Service through email, I have not received any responses. Feeling concerned about the situation, I decided to reach out to the shipping company, KW International, via email yesterday.

I have already completed the necessary steps for a return, which included purchasing a return label for $1. However, despite being charged for the label, it was never received. The item was originally purchased on Amazon as a woot item. The order was placed on May 30, [redacted], with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] and a total of $24.81 for 1 item. The return request has been approved by the seller, but I am unable to proceed in the Returns Center as I never received the purchased return label. I have encountered issues with two recent orders:
1. The Powerbeats Pro wireless earphones (order #[redacted]1) I bought in May are causing frustration as one earbud consistently malfunctions while the other works sporadically. I purchased an item from Woot on August 16, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted]6, costing $68.47. The UPS Label Delivery number was 1Z3047A[redacted]9, and it was delivered on August 20. Realizing it was not the right item, I initiated a return process. After following the instructions in the email from Woot on August 26, I dropped off the return at a UPS Drop-off location inside an Advance Auto store in Ocala, FL on September 7. Unfortunately, on September 10, UPS mistakenly redelivered the package to my front door instead of returning it to Woot. The return label was missing. I tried to reprint a new label from the email, but the UPS site says it is currently unavailable. I have attempted this three times without success. Any assistance would be appreciated. On September 24, [redacted], I purchased the Edgepro heavy-duty landscape edging kit for $79.99 plus tax. According to the tracking information, it claimed an attempted delivery notice was left, which is false because no note was ever received from Woot. I am experiencing an issue with my recent order. It was supposed to include 2 tablets, but only one was included in the shipment. The shipping confirmation stated that 2 tablets were shipped. I purchased the Callaway Supersoft golf balls on sale from Woot at a price of $17.00, down from $25.00. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that I only received a total of 6 balls instead of the expected 24. There was no clear indication in the description that the deal was for only 3 balls per order. I am disappointed with the XTERRA SB120 Recumbent Bike I purchased from Woot. Upon arrival, the bike was damaged, with electric wires severed in the box. Despite being advertised as silent due to its magnetic resistance system, the bike was excessively noisy, causing a disturbance to my neighbor. Within [redacted] hours of use, the pedal stripped the crank grip, rendering the bike useless. I opted to discard it and purchase a different brand that functions as intended. I am puzzled by Woot's affiliation with Just Answer, a reputed online scam service.

I need assistance from Woot to access my account as Amazon was unable to assist me. Despite clicking on "forgot password," I have not received any emails from Woot in my inbox or spam folder. Amazon advised me that my Amazon password should work for Woot, but it does not. I have spent a total of 4.5 hours over 3 days trying to resolve this issue with Amazon without success.
Unfortunately, I have lost the items in my cart due to the extended delay in resolving this matter. While Woot has responded twice, their suggestions did not resolve my login problem. I am hoping for guidance on how to proceed. Despite receiving responses from Woot via email, they have not provided a contact number for further assistance. I have requested a password reset link, but it has not been sent.
Amazon directed me to contact Woot for password assistance, but I am finding the customer service options from Woot to be very limited. It is frustrating that a solution to this simple issue has been elusive, given Amazon's ownership of Woot for the past 12 years.
I would greatly appreciate any support in resolving this matter.

I bought two items priced at $12.99 each, both of the same model, an indoor TV antenna with the order number [redacted]6, coupled with a $6 shipping fee, on 8/12/22. I received them a few weeks ago. However, upon checking Amazon's main website after my purchase, I discovered that the item was being sold for $9.88 or $9.99 without a shipping fee for orders exceeding $25 at that time. I ended up paying $12.00 more in total ($6 extra on the product and $6 for shipping) than if I had bought it directly from Amazon. I am requesting a refund or credit for this price variation. I acknowledge that prices may have since changed on both your end and Amazon, but I am hopeful to receive the difference in cost and shipping as of my purchase date on 8/12/22. Although I considered returning the items, the additional expenses and COVID-19 concerns prevented me from doing so, given the inconvenience and health risks associated with going to the post office in New York.
