Dear Wizz**I'm contacting you regarding my booking YELLFD.*When I ordered the tickets, my last name was Kaplan, *But I got married and changed the birth name to my husband's last name - Zamir.*Attached a copy of my new passport with the name change (that was received after I made this booking)***. Could you kindly assist with name correction in this specific booking?**. Had to call their call-center, send documents to *****@***.com and then call again.*It's a pity I had to call them and the matter couldn't be taken care of based on my e-mail request. *They corrected the name FOC. Took ** minutes to receive the corrected tickets.
