Hello,*My name is Constantin Florin Erhan, I have made a booking for a flight back and forth from bologna to Suceava, the dates were ** Dec **** and return ** Jan ****, I payd for the whole ticket and seats.*After a couple of weeks you emailed me about a change in the dates from ** Dec to ** Dec and from ** Jan to ** Jan, it was specified in the email that the change is free of charge and I just need to confirm it and select again the seats. I did the confirmation and I selected the seats, I had to pay * euros for one of the seats that was at the window when it was specified in the email that it was free of charge. But the * euros are not the problem, after selection I made the * euro payment and I got another ** euros payment request that I don't understand. *The code of the flight is N*KS*M gently ask you to let me know what the payment is about, and why you charge me on a change that you did.
