I ordered an item from Wish, and it still hasn't been delivered. I have been trying to contact the app/store regarding my order, but I am not getting any response. Once I receive all my items, I won't be using this service again. The tracking number is LL[redacted]45CN. I also noticed a mistake in my address, but this was corrected for one of my items by contacting the local post office. However, the item with the tracking number I provided was sent back to China. I have been attempting to contact Wish about this issue, but I need help resolving it.

I've had all my recent orders refunded immediately after receiving notifications that they were processed and shipped. With the holidays approaching, I am concerned about reordering and facing the same issue. Upon checking the refund reasons, it mentioned issues with my credit card or the merchant's inability to fulfill the order. However, my card is fine as the payment went through. Good evening, my name is Elisa T. and I have a Wish account where refunds have been blocked, with the justification that the account is unreliable due to multiple refunds. I would like to clarify that refunds were only requested for valid reasons such as product malfunctions, damaged items upon arrival, or orders that never arrived. Currently, I am waiting for three new orders which have not been delivered after a month of waiting, and I am unable to request a refund. This situation is unacceptable for someone who has always made purchases in good faith. I am requesting a refund for my recent orders as I have not received them. I have been struggling to obtain a return label as I only ordered one pair of sandals, but received two. The refunds I received were only for $7.47 and $3.18. Additionally, I purchased two phone holders for the car that arrived broken. Despite informing them, they keep promising refunds that never come through. They also automatically sent me a dog collar I inquired about, although I had not confirmed the order until the fifth. The pricing discrepancies are frustrating, as I was quoted different amounts. My recent orders have all been incorrect, like receiving brushes instead of gel polish. I want to cancel all pending orders, including the dog collar, as I haven't received proper refunds and the items are not as expected. The swimsuit I received doesn't fit properly either. I simply want a refund for the items that have not met my expectations.

I opened an account with Wish.com, and when I entered the name, it auto-completed an incorrect address. I corrected it to the right address, but when I placed an order, the items were shipped to the wrong address that had auto-populated. The unintended recipient is a business, and there have been issues with receiving the packages. One was returned to the sender, while I had to pick up the other from the business owner. Unfortunately, the lady doesn't want to deal with it, so I'm unsure if future packages will be received. The postmaster suggested resolving this with the company, and I've reached out to customer service, who marked the problem as resolved and removed the items from my order history. I'm still in need of assistance with this ongoing issue.

On May 30, [redacted], I placed an order with Wish.com for multiple items totaling $[redacted].85. Upon receiving the order confirmation email, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I promptly contacted Wish.com via email to rectify the issue and provide the correct shipping address. After their assurance that the problem was fixed, subsequent emails still displayed the wrong address. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate and request cancellation if the issue could not be resolved, I received no helpful response. Contacting them through other means also proved futile. Eventually, Wish.com informed me that the order had been shipped to California instead of New York and that I was responsible for resolving the situation without offering a refund. This ordeal has been distressing, and I simply seek a refund for the mishandled order. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently tried to purchase an Xbox One but faced issues with my bank card. I am uncertain if my order was successful or not. Wish.com indicated that the order was refunded, which has left me confused. I am seeking clarification on whether my order went through, if it was paid for, or if indeed it was refunded. I recently purchased a motorcycle windshield but received a scooter windshield instead. I am quite disappointed with the mix-up. The windshield I received is not suitable for my motorcycle handlebars at all. I had ordered a universal motorcycle windshield and I would appreciate it if you could expedite the correct one to me. If you are unable to do this, I will have to pursue alternative measures. The correct windshield should be sent to [redacted] Wagner Ave, Baltimore, Ohio [redacted]. I hope you realize the frustration I am experiencing, especially considering I am a frequent shopper on your platform. If you are unable to resolve this, I will have to refrain from making any future purchases from your company.

I placed an order three weeks ago, but I have yet to receive it or have my concerns addressed. Every time I inquire about it, I receive vague responses. Furthermore, I had a promotion for free shipping that was not honored, and when I tried to rectify the issue, I was met with the same evasive replies. I was charged $[redacted] for the orders that were sent to me and also need a refund for the shipping I was supposed to get for free. Additionally, items that were in my basket, but not checked out, were charged to me as if I had already purchased them.

Someone has unauthorized access to my debit card and has made numerous charges on the Wish website. Could you please help stop all the orders that are being made? The card in question is a Direct Express MasterCard with the account number ending in [redacted] and expiration date 01/21. The cardholder's name is S.J. Wilson. I urgently need all transactions made with this card to be canceled. The card has already been deactivated.

I encountered an issue with my recent order of (2) pairs of shoes from Wish. The sale prices listed on the shopping pages did not reflect in my final order. I have received a yellow blouse and a pair of white canvas sneakers, but I am still awaiting a black backpack and another item I can't recall. I ordered two items using the same card. One was supposed to be delivered to Florida, but the other one shows it was delivered to Moline. However, neither item arrived at my address at [redacted] 50th Avenue Apartment 1A East Moline. The items were meant to arrive by the 9th of June, but they haven't shown up. According to the tracking information, one item was delivered to Jay Anderson in Orlando, which is incorrect. We were given the wrong tracking number, so I am now missing both pairs of shoes I ordered, only receiving one out of the three that were part of my order.

I placed an order for a tracksuit on 4/29/19. They charged me for expedited shipping, promising delivery by May 4, [redacted]. However, the order never arrived. While waiting, I made another order on 5/5/[redacted] for yoga pants and two pairs of sneakers, one white and the other black. This order was supposed to come with a free gift of keychains. I haven't received anything from either order and have been charged. I no longer want the items due to the long wait and lack of delivery. I have tried contacting them through all available channels for 2 months with no resolution. I just want a refund credited back to my account and to end my dealings with this company. My account on Wish has been blocked for purchases without a clear explanation. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, I received generic responses in a different language. The block allegedly occurred due to me disputing a $63+ unauthorized purchase. After contacting support, they refused a refund, leading me to contact my bank. This incident dates back to November, with no problems until recently. My main concern is purchasing a gift for Father's Day and accessing my saved items. However, whenever I seek assistance, I receive responses in Spanish/Portuguese despite requesting help in English. I simply want my account unblocked and to communicate with an English-speaking representative.

Dear Customer Service, I reached out approximately two weeks ago to report an incomplete order I received from Wish. The missing part of the order arrived this past Friday, June 7th, about 10 days later. I was issued a full refund by your support team, as the seller did not provide the two tracking numbers, leading us to believe it was incomplete with just one tracking number. Interestingly, the seller included a note in the second package with the additional tracking numbers that neither the representative nor I were aware of. Despite the item (car seat covers, order # 5cd8b58543bd8d0c4c8e8dce, placed on May 12th, refunded on June 4th) not meeting all my expectations (it is a bit short for the back seat and doesn't cover the sides), I am willing to keep it with a 35% discount off the total refunded amount of $66.96. Alternatively, I am open to returning it, as I wouldn't hold on to an item that was refunded, even if the confusion was caused by separate shipments and lack of tracking information. Thank you.

I did not receive 3 items. I am tired of trying to contact someone regarding this issue. If I do not receive help, I will contact the Better Business Bureau as I suspect this may be a scam. I am requesting a refund for the following items: 1. Women's ripped wash casual denim jeans x2 from Louaru Store, 2. Women's loose jumpsuit from Oneshopy Store, and 3. Sleeveless pocket jumpsuit from Kimi Clothing Store. I prefer the refund to be processed through PayPal. If assistance is not provided, I will reach out to PayPal directly. I've been having difficulty reaching wish.com for customer support. They are using a messaging (ro)bot called Zen desk that only responds to certain keywords. Their California office directs you back to the messaging app, where you have to pay for return shipping and provide tracking information. After that, the app only gives automated responses, leaving you with no way to contact a real person. Even reaching out on Facebook just directs you back to the same messaging app with limited options. In my opinion, dealing with wish.com has been frustrating, as I've been trying to get a refund for two months due to a tablet I purchased with incorrect specifications.
