I placed an order over a month ago. I remember ordering HD video glasses and a mouse. The mouse arrived weeks ago, but I'm sure I also ordered the glasses which I really wanted. However, when I checked the order history on the website, it doesn't show the mouse order that arrived, leaving me unsure about what happened. The glasses are still in my cart, and I'm positive I didn't choose the mouse over them initially. Another order for a watch shows up alone, so I know I didn't mistakenly order just the mouse. I'm not complaining, but I'm confused and unable to check the status myself due to the site not displaying accurate information. I'll check my card now to see if the charge went through. If the glasses order didn't go through for some reason, I hope my money will be refunded. I am considering not wanting the glasses anymore due to the delay. I also had an issue with a broken watch in a previous order, but I'm adding a new one now while resolving this. I received a broken watch I ordered. It's a light-up watch with non-functioning LEDs, making it pretty useless. I haven't worn it and wondering if a refund is possible.

A few days ago, I received an email from Wish asking to "confirm my email change," which I ignored, assuming no confirmation was necessary. Today, I got an email welcoming "Afrikkah Wootten" to Wish when I logged into my account. This is not my information. This mix-up needs a quick resolution. Any unauthorized orders or charges on my account will be reported to my bank's Fraud Department. I made a purchase for a purple women's watch on the Wish app for around $30 including shipping. Despite being told it would arrive in 8 days, I haven't received it or any shipping confirmation after a month. I used my CIBC debit Visa card to pay. Recently started receiving orders from Wish, but the watch is missing. If it's not possible to deliver the watch, I would like a refund. I have an upcoming address change. Hello, I placed my first order with Wish on May 13, [redacted], for various craft dies and other items totaling £86.50. Shortly after realizing the total amount, I contacted Wish immediately to cancel the order. They advised me to place a new order on the same day and assured me I would receive a refund for the £86.50. However, I have yet to receive the refund, and my bank confirmed that the amount was deducted from my account. I proceeded to place another order on the same day for £18.85, which I am satisfied with. Unfortunately, I do not have a record of the items from the initial order, but I have emailed Wish twice without any response regarding the refund. My account was flagged for a refund last year in [redacted]. In January [redacted], I made a purchase of about 15 items from Wish. I received everything except for the smart wallet I ordered for my boyfriend, which cost $28. I am disappointed as this item has not been delivered to date (5-30-19). My boyfriend was really looking forward to it, and I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service to resolve this issue. I purchased several outfits from wish.com for my three Poodles, but they all turned out to be way too small. The sizes ranged from xsmall to medium, with even the mediums not fitting my smallest dog. The outfits, originating from foreign countries, are poorly made with low-quality materials. Despite ordering multiple similar outfits for each of my dogs, none fit properly. I am disappointed with the whole process as it's become very burdensome to deal with multiple orders. I am unable to provide pictures of my dogs in these ill-fitting outfits as they cannot even put them on without tearing them. I believe I would need larger sizes to replace what I ordered. I am requesting a refund to be credited back to my original payment method and am willing to return all items in one shipment to a single address. This experience with wish.com has proven to be a mistake, and I am struggling to resolve these issues through their support system. I hope for a prompt resolution or a refund for the order.

I purchased three phones from Wish. Unfortunately, the first two were defective. Even though I quickly ordered a third phone after the second, I couldn't cancel it in time if the others didn’t work. When the third phone was supposedly delivered and I only found it recently hidden by a neighborhood dog under my porch, it was not functioning. The box was intact, but the phone would not charge or turn on. I've been accused of misusing the return policy, which is untrue. I value shopping at Wish but expect the items to work as intended. Despite them claiming the matter is closed due to the time limit, I just discovered the phone two days ago, and it's unfair to penalize me for circumstances beyond my control. I have encountered issues with an order I placed for Christmas and birthday gifts. The items did not arrive until almost January although I ordered them on December 3rd, [redacted]. Despite Wish stating that the order was fully refunded to my original payment method, a card ending in the last digits of my card number, I have not yet received the refund in my account, almost a week later.

In April, I purchased a nail gel builder kit that I never received. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to wait until May 29. Despite being told on that day that the kit had arrived, it still has not reached me. Today, when I reached out to customer service, I was informed that the refund window had closed on May 29. I strongly believe that it is unfair because I was asked to wait. I am disappointed that the representative, (Jen), was aware of the closing of the refund window yet still suggested a store credit, which is not useful for me. I am requesting a full refund or the delivery of the item I originally ordered.

I recently made a purchase from Wish and have spent a considerable amount of money. I ordered two 80cc bicycle motors but received 49cc motors instead. The photos of the motors they advertised do not match what I received. Despite my attempts to resolve this with customer service, they insist that the motors are correct. They have offered a refund if I send the motors back at my own expense. I am disappointed as I cannot afford the return shipping costs and I am skeptical of receiving a refund once they have the items back. I believe I should receive a discount for the incorrect motors as I would have paid less for 49cc motors.
