kym bigsbee ordered an item with the tracking number WI***********SH* i ordered on feb ** th of **** the date of the shipment is march * **** which never was delivered because that is the wrong order date however now the support portal says that the window for a return has passed as of april * **** i had not jet placed the order for the halter blue jumper i would like to get a refund since the order never came * and the date i actually ordered the item was in feb **** along with several other items that i did receive please respond the last * number on the card used to make purchase **** thank you
