Hello yes I ordered several things on wish.com specifically three pairs of puma shoes one red, one blue, one white from shoebacca. One of the pairs, the red ones, have been marked delivered an it says it was placed on my porch since march ** early morning, yet its nowhere to be found on my property. I refuse to pay for things to be delivered to someone else’s address so I would like a full refund for the shoes. As far as the other items that I’ve ordered if they’re not here within the allotted estimated time that you’ve guys posted then I’m going to ask for a refund on those too. I need somebody to contact me as soon as possible please email me back. It’s not professional for people to pay an expect items and then never be delivered or show up at another address. In a sense of the word I feel ROBBED. I also tried and contacted shoebacca.com and they responded with an email saying oh well it’s delivered so tough luck* so as long as it’s good on their end an that they delivered something whether it’s the right address or not they feel there other job is done? Unacceptable.
