I recently made a purchase on Wish, and despite requesting a refund to be credited back to my card, the money was placed in Wish Cash. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with their customer support, but have only received automated responses. It's frustrating that there is no option to speak with a human agent, and even the phone line provided leads to automated messages. Please assist me in getting the full refund back to my card as I do not have any use for Wish Cash. Thank you.

I ordered an item that was scheduled for delivery by November 26th. I followed the advice to be patient and waited until now, almost February, for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the razor tool for cutting hair has still not been delivered. Since I have been patient, I believe I am entitled to a refund. The delay should not affect my ability to request a refund, especially since I was repeatedly asked to give it more time. I am now requesting either a refund to my credit card or a credit on my account for future purchases. The important thing is to receive compensation for the undelivered item so I can shop for something else on the website.

I had a disappointing experience shopping on Wish, especially with the jewelry. The prices shown while browsing were not what I was eventually billed, and the quality of the jewelry was poor with items tarnishing quickly. Some pieces I ordered never arrived, and the delivery packaging was hard to understand due to the language. The Titanic blue stones I purchased had visible flaws and looked like cheap jewelry despite the expensive display online. My friend had better luck with her purchases, but I won't be ordering from Wish again. Being on a fixed income, it is frustrating to feel like I've been ripped off. I will have to be more cautious in the future with online shopping.

Order # 5C0C5E050140A54DEDE54B3A was placed in November [redacted]. I tried to communicate that I wanted the order, not a refund for the diffusers. When I reached out to them, they blocked me due to the credit issue and suggested I purchase more items to resolve it. I am adamant about receiving my 30 diffuser units either air shipped from China or California, whichever is faster. It is frustrating that they couldn't simply resend the shipment. They initially claimed my order didn't exist, but then asked if I received it via email. Upon calling, I was informed they would arrive between January 16-22. I hope this refers to [redacted]. Please assist me with this matter.

I have been placed on a list for excessive returns. I was unaware that most clothing is in Asian sizing. Our first order was rejected by the credit company until they could verify our order. By that time, Wish marked it refunded, although we didn't want to cancel. The second order was a couple of hundred dollars, and that's when we realized the sizing issue. Since then, items marked as still in customs were never sent to the post office, so I cannot be refunded for them. I've faced broken items, undelivered items (as seen in scans), and have been forced to accept the loss. I've made several orders since, liking and reviewing products for your company. I believe the lack of warning for new customers regarding sizing when placing large orders falls on you. I hope to be removed from the "naughty" list. I had assumed for refunds, I could mail items back and reorder the correct size. It's frustrating when the largest size is similar to a U.S.A. medium but marked as 2x-5x. Some companies send items different from what was ordered. I have been ordering charms for my 70-year-old cousin's gift but have encountered issues. I will address the missing items with the postal service. When a package is stuck in customs or not in the U.S., accountability should be with Wish. I find the limited options for contact and feedback with Wish disappointing. I hope you can enhance this aspect. Though I'm just one customer, each satisfied customer can potentially bring more business.

I understand that the shipping process may take time, but it's disappointing that many of the items from the end of last year have not arrived. I made a purchase in February and forgot to use a promo code. After contacting the company to cancel and reorder, they issued a refund of $48 to my wish cash. However, while making additional purchases, they deducted money from my wish cash and also charged my card for the same transactions. Despite reaching out to customer support since February 25, no resolution has been provided, and there has been no communication as of March 2. The lack of assistance and ongoing payment issues have been very frustrating.

I encountered issues with my order on wish.com. I attempted to pay half now and half later using a prepaid card, but the system did not accept it, so I switched to my bank debit card. Despite selecting the option to pay in two installments, my card was charged the full amount. Additionally, while applying a promo code "winter" for a discount at checkout, my rewards automatically added another promo code, increasing my total. The automated phone service directed me back online, where I couldn't find a solution. I need to address some issues with my recent purchase. I received a camera I ordered without any user manual or instructions. There were no details on how to operate it or what the parts should look like. I discovered that a part was broken, so I am requesting a refund. I received the wrong order. I requested a purple item in size 4X but received a black item in a much smaller size. I haven't tried it on as it looks way too small. The tags are in a foreign language, making it hard to determine the size. I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct item I ordered - a purple item in size 4X as soon as possible. I placed an order with you and was informed of a refund. Despite submitting the requested documents multiple times, there is still a hold on my account, and the $[redacted] refund has not been processed. Your website mentioned refunds starting on March 1st, but as of March 5th, I have not received the money, and the hold remains. I have been a customer of yours for over a year and eagerly await the refund owed to me. On February 7th, I placed an order for 2 watches and a free chain totaling $49.32. However, my CreditOne card was charged $98.65. Upon receiving the items, I was shocked to see the bill. When I contacted the finance service, they directed me to Wish, providing a number to call. Unfortunately, the call was rerouted to [redacted], which led me to a subscription request with unexpected fees. I'm quite dismayed by this experience. My spouse ordered this item and others on January 5th, [redacted]. Although the other items arrived, this one did not. After being advised to raise a ticket, I was told to wait until February 14th. Despite numerous web chats with Wish, nothing has been resolved. Wish claimed the item was delivered on January 15th. I explained it hadn't arrived and reached out to Yodel, the courier, who suggested I should have contacted them earlier. I confirmed with Yodel that the driver's GeoStat data indicates they were near our house, but there's no proof of delivery. I have tried reaching out to Wish through various channels with no success. I even sent an email to [redacted] without any response. All I am looking for is to have the item resent through a reliable courier service.

I am facing an issue with two orders that were marked as delivered but never arrived. This situation has led to my account being flagged due to missing items from past orders. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach a customer service agent for assistance. Originally, the delivery date for these items was set for February 10, [redacted], but it was later changed to the 17th. Strangely, the tracking information shows that they were delivered on February 3, [redacted], even though I never received them. I have successfully received other orders since then, but these two items are still missing.
