Salve, a dicembre ho ordinato 5 prodotti che non sono mai arrivati. Ho richiesto il rimborso per 3 (già ricevuto), ma per gli altri 2 non posso ottenere il rimborso poiché la procedura indica che i tempi sono scaduti. Inoltre, non posso ricevere ulteriore assistenza poiché il mio account è stato segnalato per rimborsi eccessivi. Trovo ingiusto essere considerato un abusatore della politica di resi e rimborsi quando non ho ricevuto i prodotti richiesti. I purchased 5 cashmere sweaters. I paid $52.25 for the sweaters and $35.00 for shipping. I got 2 sweaters, but they were not cashmere. I did not receive the other 3 sweaters. After contacting Customer Service, they refunded one sweater that was not cashmere. They told me I needed to save the delivery labels for the missing 3 sweaters for a refund. I don't understand why I would save labels for received items while waiting for the missing ones. My order is labeled "resolved," but it's not resolved yet. My bank account was compromised recently, leading to unauthorized purchases being made. I need all these transactions to be canceled as soon as possible. This situation has created financial difficulties for me and I am unable to purchase necessary hospital equipment. I had no prior knowledge of your company before receiving these purchase emails. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter with my bank as each transaction incurs a $35 fee. I placed an order on January 9th for my son's Christmas present. His birthday just passed on March 17th, and I still haven't received the gift I ordered over 2 months ago. This Sunday, we're having a birthday party for him, and I really need to have the watch before then. I have informed my sister, who is a lawyer, about this issue. If it's not resolved promptly, I will have to consider legal action. I've waited patiently, but I'm disappointed by the lack of response and service. Unfortunately, I am writing to report that another item, two fortnight bags, ordered on November 21, [redacted], has not reached me. I diligently checked the support app for four months, where the assistant reassured me the items were on the way. Due to personal reasons, I had to deal with the passing of my grandchild in New Zealand and missed the refund deadline due to being occupied. I spent $90 on the bags, including $30 for shipping. The extended wait time has been disappointing, especially since I intended these as Christmas gifts for my sons. Regrettably, due to the situation, I cannot buy replacements without a refund. I purchased a jeans chain on Wish over a month ago. However, I've lost track of the package and it hasn't arrived by the delivery date. We have a complete record of all our orders placed with you, Wish. Any discrepancies in charges or unwanted items will be legally addressed. After spending over $[redacted] last month, we are concerned about the multiple reports of unauthorized charges. We have recently lost everything in a wildfire and cannot tolerate receiving damaged and poorly made items like the defective floor cabinet we are struggling to assemble due to cracked boards and shelves. Additionally, we received an unsolicited runner rug instead of the living room and bedroom rugs we ordered. This lack of quality control and errors are unacceptable. It is unlikely that we will continue ordering from your site. However, we expect all paid-for items to be delivered as promised. Please cease sending incorrect items immediately.

Hello, We encountered an issue with our credit card company, which resulted in a hold being placed on our orders. After confirming the transactions with the credit card company, they have removed the hold. We then proceeded to cancel our table and chairs order and re-submit it. However, when attempting to purchase socks, we encountered a problem. The system is now requesting my email address and a snapshot of my bank statement. I have made several purchases from this company, and while some have arrived, many others have not been delivered as expected. Despite contacting their customer service and granting additional time for delivery, the outstanding items have still not shown up. I requested a refund in the form of geek cash to reorder different items since they already have my payment. Unfortunately, they declined to issue further refunds citing multiple previous requests. They instructed me to make new orders to restore my standing, but I lack the means to do so without receiving refunds for the undelivered items. I have not received my order. I purchased a set of 8Pcs Gold/Blue Metal Plating Professional Makeup Brushes from the Pu Jiang store. I have encountered issues with missing items and duplicate charges for my recent orders from store Mwdarfa. Despite trying to resolve this for the past two months, I am unable to retrieve my order details successfully, leading to a frustrating cycle of communication. One order was scheduled to be processed between January 6th to 8th and the other between January 9th to 12th, yet neither has arrived by the expected date of February 13th. I seek refunds for a tiara costing $10.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and another item amounting to $12.00 with $7.00 for shipping. It is evident that tracking information was not inputted into the system. The order details seem to have been removed, obstructing my attempts to gather information. I have been a satisfied customer in previous transactions and wish to swiftly resolve these discrepancies by receiving refunds for the total sum of $32.00. I messaged you with my concerns earlier today but was unable to complete it due to my phone shutting down. My issue with Geek/Wish is that I've made multiple orders with them. While I've received some products and been satisfied, I haven't received many of my orders even after allowing for extra delivery time. I requested a refund in Geek Cash to purchase other items as suggested by them, but now they're refusing to process any more refunds despite me not receiving the product, as indicated by the tracking information. They stated I need to restore my good standing with them before I can request a refund, but the only way to do that is by placing an order. However, since they already have my money, I can't do so. I've tried to purchase white cotton napkins three times. The first attempt was unsuccessful and refunded due to fulfillment issues. The subsequent two orders were also refunded, indicating it was at my request, though I never requested cancellations. I genuinely need these napkins! Customers should be informed of the specific reasons behind order cancellations before issuing a refund. If an item is out of stock, customers should be notified, and perhaps they can be offered a similar product as an alternative. This way, customers can choose to accept the alternative or proceed with a refund.

I purchased two 3.4-ounce bottles of Thierry Mugler Angel cologne, one at $8.00 and one at $12.00. However, I received a 0.20 oz. vial instead, which was not as advertised. Despite contacting Wish support, receiving a refund, and the ad still being up, the issue persists as the second vial was the same. I'm dissatisfied with just a refund; I want the correct products I ordered. The screen capture shows the discrepancy. I expect to receive the 3.4-ounce Angel cologne bottles without further complications. I have not erred in this transaction. Failure to address this could lead to legal action. Additionally, the cologne received is not even Angel brand. Please rectify this situation promptly to avoid legal involvement. I have images of both vials for reference if needed. Hello, I recently placed an order for a few items and need to return them to get a refund. As this is my first time using the Wish return policy, I tried cancelling within 8 hours but was unable to do so. I have a few questions regarding the return process: 1. Do I need to go to the post office to return the items, or will someone come to collect them from my address? 2. Are there any shipping charges I need to pay at the post office, or is the return shipping free? 3. When can I expect to receive the return label? 4. Do I need to follow the same steps for each item I am returning? 5. How many days do I have to return the items at the post office? I am planning to return them all together but unsure of when I will receive them. 6. I have one damaged item for which I received an email about a refund. Should I return the damaged item? 7. I also received the wrong item for which I got a refund email. Should I return the wrong product? 8. I received an email stating "you may keep or donate it, as per your convenience." Today, March 25 marks nearly 4 months since my order with no updates or receipt yet. I'm seeking assistance to ensure the safe delivery of my phone covers, MacBook cover, and makeup brushes. I am extremely frustrated with my recent order from Wish. I purchased an iPhone 6 Plus, a pack of screen protectors, and a wallet phone case three weeks ago. After inputting several promo codes due to budget constraints, I finally found one that worked, saving me over $30. However, the next day I discovered that I was charged the full amount. Despite reaching out to customer service immediately, I received unconvincing excuses and delays in resolving the issue. Furthermore, the iPhone I received has a faulty battery and they expect me to return it for a refund upon delivery. Their inability to promptly address the promo code discrepancy and the defective product raises doubts about their commitment to resolving larger financial matters. I attempted to contact the CEO without success, as the only option provided was to email customer service. The lack of accountability is disappointing and concerning.

Over two months have passed, and I still have the same issue with no response from your end. Consequently, I have opened another account with a different email ([redacted]).
