I have multiple orders placed on November **th **** that were not delivered to my house, who even knows where they actually ended up. But the thing is that through the app I kept using the "did not receive item(s) yet" option and it would just push me off for ** days. Since it kept pushing me off for so long I cannot be refunded my money. Are you going to tell me "sorry we cannot refund your money" or is there actually something you could do. How do I get the order numbers together to tell you which one's I didn't receive? What are my best options for my interest?**Thank you *-Steven
