Hello, My name is Angel Benitez, and i ordered an HP Envy **** All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer on December **, ****, to be sent to my address, **** Amsterdam Avenue Apt. *-H New York, NY *****-**** in which i never received. On January *, **** i was in my house all day and i did not get a knock on my door or note left stating that someone came to deliver a package: but some one put up a post that this package was delivered and left in front of my door. I contacted FedEx and they have redeemed my package lost and said that i should not have a problem receiving a refund if the shipper would file a claim or waiver all rights to me so that i would be able to have full access to file claim due to this situation. I Left numerous messages in the attempt to get this issue resolved and i have not gotten the correct response from the shipper, then i have not heard a reply after i have further attempted to contact the shipper once again. This is the tracking and other info left to me (************) (https:**geek.wish.com*transaction*track?*tid**c*aca*b**a*****bbacc*fa&vid**aa***de*bcfa**bc*ba**e*), and the case * that i opened up with FedEx (**********) I just want my refund at this point. the price of the item was $**.** and the shipping cost was $**.**.
