My orders were all 'refunded' because I needed to have proof of purchase on my end which required a bank statment proving I had made a purchase from Wish. I have some definite issues with this* The payment went through last week when I first made the purchase and they are only just asking for a bank statement now* I don't have any bank statements proving I have ever bought anything from Wish because this was my first time purchasing so instead I had to send a screenshot of debit history from my banking app* and lastly, Wish told me I have been refunded for the purchases which I have not been.
